If I could give them 0 stars I would they had nothing I wanted so I settled for chicken Alfredo paid and went and sat down then was told oh the chicken is spoiled we are sorry.  Worst customer service, manager did nothing to help. While I was waiting I watched one of the workers come out of the back, wave her hands under water then wipe them on her pants. So disappointing. To add to this we just opened the pizza boxes and all of our pizzas are undercooked.

This was always our favourite place to go out for lunch with our work crew, but they’ve completely gotten rid of dine in now, so it’s just another pizza place among millions.

Ordered a Supreme Lover's pizza. There's so few vegetables on it my kids thought it was a Canadian. Toppings are nonexistent

Time to open your doors for dine in. Your the only pizza hut in Canada with your doors still closed

Was here yesterday from out of town.. was so surprised at the amount of bugs crawling all over the place

Ordered hot wings and got honey garlic. Sincerely a pregnant crying chick. Get your orders right next time.

Absolutely horrible service. This is the 1st time in my life that I left NO tip! My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas, one was wrong and after 20 min of waiting for the correct one my husband went up to the front desk area because our server never even came back to the table, turns out the server didn't even tell the cook to make a new one he's also forgot our dipping sauce and drinks. Super unorganized and disappointed in Pizza Hut in which we usually go to in other towns and cities and never have an experience like this. I also couldn't believe they allow peoples children run around the restaurant like it was a playground. We will not be back again.

Night buffet cold and when food finally came out everyone jumped up to fill plates but no plates either. Chicken wings gone after 2 customers . Empty dishes not picked up as you finished but left to pile up while you went back for more food. Manager compensated with discount on bill but didn't make up for the disappointment of a poor meal and experience.

Love the pizza disliked the customer services had to wait on hold for 10 mins before I could order the delivery driver didn't want to open the gate and come into my yard made me had him the money through the fence then wouldn't step foot into my yard to give me the pizza

We had a group of 40+ of parent's and kids and the staff did an amazing job fulfilling the guests orders. Quick. Clean. Hot pizza. We had a great time.
