Amazing place and if they mess up they try their best to make it up to you wonderful place to keep coming back too.

Service was underwhelming but unfortunately i expect very little from bps.  Customer service is not where they thrive as a company.

Me and my boyfriend eat here frequently but a week or so ago we came in around 11 o'clock after being in the parade so there was a few other people who had the same day, but it wasnt packed. We were seated quickly and then we sat there for half hour before anybody even asked for our drinks and another half hour before they came back to take our order. And the hostess at the front was basically standing in the back doing nothing the other 2 waiters were busy trying to keep their customers happy and trying to clean as they could but i seen her walk by dirty tables multiple times without picking up anything. Then when our food arrived my garlic toast was burnt and rock hard and pasta was bland and cold at this point I just went home. In other words we wont be coming back unless forced to.
