McDonald's

Terrible service. Workers are confused and disorganized and they don’t listen or understand basic English. The food is subpar by even McDonald’s standards. Half the stuff on the menu they seem to not have. If they make you wait, they come out ten minutes later walking around looking lost. If you really want McDonald’s, go to the one on the north end, at least those ones are friendly and organized. I only get fast food if in a bind or after a long day of work. Won’t be going here again, I’ve been burned too many times.

Honestly If there were a minus Button I'd click it , Terrible service with them .I pull up order 2 meals and they ask me to park I'd understand if it was a big order but it was just a simple burger and drink ,I refused to move because there was no cars behind me. He proceeded to yell in my face and tell me To move or he will refund my whole order back. Mind you We barley eat mc donalds And for some reason every time I go there you park me !! sick of it and i will be taking my business elsewhere .

Came in for breakfast, have a chocolate drink and egg, bacon griddle, the problem is it doesn’t tastes like chocolate more likely a milk. They made us look stupid by just adding a foam on top and didn’t replaced the order. My husband just thrown the drink in the bin. Waste of money and dishonest manager since she’s the one who gave it to us. I know the taste since we were there also yesterday and my husband got chocolate same with me but his drink has more chocolate.

Went through the drive thru expecting a normal experience. Paid and got told to wait near the front, got to the front and every single car that was before us was also waiting for their food so all the waiting spots were filled. We watched as McDonald's employees wandered around the parking lot not even knowing who had what meal. Giving food to people that came way after us and others. To the point that we had to march into the restaurant and demand our food, they were very confused on what food was who's. Not a great experience at all.

Visit here often when I’m in the city but the two times that I was passing through and ordered from the drive thru this weekend they got the order messed up. First time I ordered a large iced tea instead received root beer second time I ordered a burger without pickles and onions but they still put pickles.
