Waitress was very rude made us feel like an inconvenience I thought it was because of our family size we often come across that then once they see we pick up after our self and the kids behave then they are better but with her no improvement. Right before we left a couple came in alone she was same way with them. So must just be her style or bad night for her. In service a smile is the difference between a tip and nothing... The table was so sticky and GROSS, Turkey farmer spouse went and got baby wipes out of the van to wipe it down because he was discussed takes alot to make him do something like that! It was So sticky my napkins stuck to the table. Our 3 year old daughter kept saying yucky... The employees were all standing around aside from the pizza makers they were working and watched them, seamed clean back in the kitchen area. This was the first time in years we ate at pizza hut in storm lake. Was a special treat for our 2 daughters birthday weekend. If we hadn't promised them pizza hut we would have left. Had to leave having a talk about customer service. The food was cooked perfect in Storm lake I will say. If the tip would have gone to kitchen staff I would have left one but the waitress no. She even seen us wiping down the table and didn't say anything like it was an everyday thing to have you customer cleaning the table... We will stick with Carroll pizza hut much better service and very clean and that's with also being very busy.

Terrible service and rude staff. Left before ordering. Pizza ranch much nicer atmosphere.

I still love the Pizza Hut restaurants, when my appetite looks for good pizza and noodles meals. Today in Storm Lake, iA I had 2 portions spaghetti meatballs, delicious cooked sl dente. Simply good. No idea, why this restaurant had very few guests ? Saw meanwhile many Pizza Hut empty. Why ? Only the staff should never show, when they are bored. Never

It was very good. The have really improved on their service.

Pizza was good, employee was friendly. My order was wrong but they corrected it and no hastle.
