They never sweeten their sweet iced tea… I have gone here at least three time and ordered SWEET iced tea it is not sweet. Mobile ordered just now and went through the drive through to get it fixed and they gave me another unsweetened tea.

me and my sister went on a late-night mcdonalds run and we found this bug in the fries. we are ABSOLUTELY disgusted and the service was not good either. DO NOT go to this location, i dont care if you’re starving or not DO NOT go to this location.

I had placed an order on the app today. Yes my order was only &7.00, but still. We sat and waited for 20 minutes, someone pulled up beaide usthan I went inside. Stood there for almost 10 mins, waiting to be helped. The workers were busy doing drive thru and door dash orders. Finally they came to help me, told them about my order, they went and grabbed it had been sitting for 5 mins workers said Told them I wanted fresh fries since it was sitting, refused to give me any. Called talked to someone, they didn't say hardly anything. Than they finally said, sorry we are short staffed understand that, been there done it, not fun. I am very disappointed with the service today. All customers are important not just drive thru, door dash or eat ins.

Once again they “didn’t have” ice cream for the 3rd time I’ve tried to order a McFlurry and when I get my food it was missing the 2 biggest things my 2 big breakfasts with hot cakes‍ I had the bag with the syrup n butter and my drinks but no food. The worst part is, is that there were 2 cars in the drive through and 2 people inside that already had food so it’s not like they were busy. Once again I am disappointed by this McDonald’s

Love the food the service not so much thought I'd try ordering ahead on the app first time and last time had to wait 20mins when I got there to pick up. had to go inside after waiting for so long just to find out my order hadn't even been started nI was trying to save some time ended up wasting time
