Food was good but the The server needs hearing aids. After much difficulty in placing our eat in order this afternoon I chose to order my pickup order to take home to the rest of my family online. Now that we’ve driven home 45 minutes there’s no sauce on the wings…..and when I called to inform them of the error the lady on the phone argued with me!!! Not recommended based on the terrible service.
We order a large thin crust meat lovers pizza and it was not what we expected. The size looked like it was a medium at best and it was so over cooked it was tasteless. Like eating cardboard. We'll never buy a pizza there again. Also when ordering we tried to use a deal they had and when we clicked on it it wouldn't work. Called the store and we were told it was head office who must not have activated it on the website.
Tasty and fresh food, amazing customer service, absolutely going back. Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door opener and accessible washrooms.
The waitress was very friendly and the food was ready in no time. After dinner our car didn't start at -26C and while we were still wondering what to do, the waitress asked if anything was wrong and one of her colleagues helped to jump start our car in the freezing cold. Outstanding customer service, thank you very much!!

Probably the worst pizza place ever . Don't ever call or go here. They are rude and will mess up your order multiple times
I ordered a smokey maple bacon pizza for dinner for myself and my children. When the pizza arrived it was undercooked, grease pooling ontop and the toppings in a pooled mess ontop and would fall off when picking up a slice. I called to try and rectify the issue the manager wasn't available the person I spoke to said they'd provide a discount on my NEXT order. So I'm left with undercooked pizza that's not acceptable for me to eat at 34 weeks pregnant bc I'm not risking myself or my children getting sick and a discount for another order as if I'll want to order again.
The staff work hard . They are under staffed . Their are people out there that don"t understand that that places do run out of product its not the fault of the people working there . And it is also not the fault of the sever if they where told different to what the menu says .Also please have a heart when you are asked to wait to be seated there is covid out there and just dont seat yourself when you have a bunch of kids and they have to make sure the table you are sitting at are clean. Good people work there and are only doing there job . Thank you .
The food was okay it was the server Mckenzie who was so rude. She didn't like my date apparently and kept making snotty remarks under her breath. Not appreciated at all!! What do you expect when a spoiled teen has to work. Either train her to keep her remarks to herself or get rid of her. My date didn't need to be bullied like that.
Sadly, the dine-in experience is not what it used to be. They do not offer coloring sheets and crayons for kids anymore nothing for them to do whatsoever - so come prepared, the service was okay, the food was okay, and no dessert menu anymore either. Too expensive, compared to the experience. We won't be returning.
