What can I add to a fantastic chain both petawawa and Pembroke always have ice cream cakes a few weeks ago our daughter turn 16 and yup DQ was on there game. Great soft ice cream at the drive through.
Ordered a custom cake for my wife. And left it in thier hands. Picked it up next day and it's even better than I expected. Got a few laughs from the staff. It was enjoyed by all that attended.

Desiree, the manager, is fantastic!! She is incredibly personable and greets every person that walks through the door with a smile. She even mentioned that she had a coupon we could use for our blizzards saving us over $5. An employee like this is so valuable and so hard to come by nowadays. Thank you for the amazing service Desiree!!
Got a blizzard in drive thru and was soupy when I got it also asked for extra toppings and definitely didn't get that when I was chagered extra. Not impressed with the service
Fries weren’t cooked and still crunchy and didn’t put any of the 3 extra toppings I paid for in my blizzard. When called on it the manager lied and said she watched my order being made. I’m not one to complain at all but the prices of things these days, I can’t afford to be ripped off and then lied to on top of it. I get people have bad days but I don’t appreciate being told I’m imagining things. Very poor customer service

The ice cream comes we ordered were so delicious on a very hot day. 32°C. but the restaurant has some logistics problems. We missed the order microphone. A delivery truck come to close to our car then the driver kept leaving a door open in front of our bumper in the drive thru lane. The staff was prompt and efficient.
My meal was fine, but my husband got the completely wrong burger. He ordered a triple flame no tomato. The burger had two parties and tomato. Maybe if the staff stopped talking about tv shows and learned how to read the burger would have been done properly!
