My experience under new ownership. Food was good when cooked fries were not fully cooked my last visit. Portion size changed all 3 times in my 3 visits each time dropping a box size for the same meal. Pricing is fair compared to other fast food options. Service was ok not nearly as good as the old owner Mike, but his energy is hard to match!. Overall the inconsistency makes it 3 stars.

Got an onion rings today ,they were cooked in the same grease there fish is,I have an allergy to fish,they could of said they used same oil. I asked before ordering and she said I don't think so,well you sure do,good thing I had my EpiPen with me. And the service from the lady was rude,rolling her eyes when I asked about oil. Never go there again. New manager will not last with that attitude

Second time visiting after the new management, both times the French fries are not fully cooked. Totally disappointed

Brought my daughter out for lunch. We decided on having a poutine. She enjoyed it, as did I. It was very fast service and a nice lady at the counter who helped us too. I also really enjoy their fountain pop!

Poutine review. I asked if they use real cheese curds, the young uneducated girl said yes. The poutine looked great, good portion but nothing close to cheese curds. Mozzarella cheese chunk are not real curds, it’s the cheap Ontario substitute to save money.

I can never visit Pembroke without eating at Mr. Fry Guy. The poutine is heavenly, fries nice and crisp and gravy not too salty. Honestly some of the best poutine I have had.

Great, friendly service and always a delicious meal! One of the best places to get fries in the valley!

Always so friendly. The fries are the best homemade ones around. Their chicken platter is so good!
