Bad service. Like if you’re having a bad day stay home it’s better m. At least smile, greet the customers; it’s a good manner issue. The pizza is good overall cuz it’s by the book obviously.
Ordered a combo, cost 60 at arrival, pizza not good, wings burnt, dessert was barely warm pasty dough from cinnabon. Called customer service, had to call the store, store said owner would call back, called back to confirm my number, never herd back. What a shame for Pizza Hut.Food: 1/5
Ordered a stuffed crust with bread sticks. The bread sticks were bland and tasted more like unbuttered toaste. The pizza was the third worst pizza I have ever had. It tasted bad and the cheese in the crust had no taste at all. Will not be ordering here again.Dietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure

They should be ashamed. Overcooking bread all the time, undercooking pizza. They don't care about the customers, they are savages when you are trying to talk to them and every single thing as this restaurant is burnt or undercooked. Pitiful.
Best pizza in lachine , i told them not put too much pizza sauce and they did excellent work , it was perfect amount of sauce used, but just on the wrong pizza, that amount of sauce should be on 4 large pizza rather than on my medium pizza . I know it was not there mistake because i only told them only 3 times , whenever you visit just tell them 100 times and make sure you stand there when they make pizza otherwise it was perfecto no doubt the bestest pizza
The food is ok but the service is terrible, I felt like SCAM, did an order, pay at the PIZZA HUT WEBSITE, never received my order, I call directly to the store and said I have to complaint with Dashdoor, I don't have this application, but they insist, I went to the store and I spoke with the manager by phone, she told me the same thing, but this time she said; Call your bank and explain, maybe they will refund the money. Yeah sound like a joke.
I ordered from pizza hut Lachine tonight I bought a large all dresses with extra sauce and I also added the stuff crust fist of all there was no extra sauce barly any at all and the stuff crust cheese part was not even cheesy not even cooked properly I will not be going back there I hade to throw the rest out what a waste I prefer Domino's pizza there thay always give us what you ordered even lots of extra sauce
All employees were stressed out . Seemed like they were having lot of work . Owner should appropriate number of staff to handle all the work. Girls working there were amazing . But due to less staff all the burden was on few people only. Owner should hire some more people to reduce workload and give better service
Terrible service.. waited 2hours for delivery and ended up getting nothing
