Not the best delivery experience. I just wish these employees better, because they seem very honest, but yeah... Regardless, a review is a review. The items are overpriced, the portions are "ish" and the food quality could be better.
Orders are NEVER EVER right. Uncooked, burned, always item missing. Never again. Absolutely unprofessionnal. Even for the simple stuff, it's not even done right! Bad cooks. Bad food. Bad owner. And a TOTAL rip off. Shameful -5/5
The world's most friendliest restaurant staff! I can't say enough about how good this restaurant is from the food to the establishment . Go quick if you're looking for family atmosphere, with the feeling of old friends.Food: 5/5
20$ for a small 10” pizza that’s ridiculous and it’s not even cooked properly and forget ordering on Uber eats if you want to pay 30$ for a small pizza this place went down hill since new owners
I called and ordered a large pizza, it took an hour and forty minutes to arrive and I live a two minute drive from the restaurant. Apparently the driver delivered my order to the wrong address, but even that doesn't excuse such a long delay. The woman on the phone was apologetic, but the driver didn't even apologize when he arrived, he actually admonished me for not having the porch light on. The pizza was cold, and the fries were inedible, but at that point it was so late and I was so hungry there was no chance I was going to complain. The pizza was decent, so I didn't give one star, but to add insult to injury the pizza box exclaimed, "Hot and Fresh", which it was neither.
This place is garbage. Ordered a pizza, fries and a salad. Pizza was undercooked and soggy, you couldn’t even lift up a slice without everything falling off. The fries are trash frozen grocery store fries and they provided no cutlery or ketchup. Do not order from here, plus it’s a major rip off. I’d be much happier with any large chain pizza place.
Pizza is absolutely the best — especially the thin crust! Definitely my go-to delivery from now on.
There are two good things about this place. The first are opening hours. I had a sudden craving close to midnight on a Sunday with nothing in the fridge. This property was the only thing open. Secondly, value for money. Not only was pizza on offer but included in the price was an order of fries and a drink. At the time I went, be prepared to wait, they were quite busy with takeout orders. Food quality is acceptable given hour of day and price.
NEVER order from this place again. Worst service ever since they changed owners. We’ve been ordering here over 10 years. Not once have I ever had an issue. We ordered a steak submarine with extra. It got here with no cheese and no extra that I paid for. Politely called them back and ordered another sub I paid for. Same issue. It got here once again with no cheese and no extras. That is 2 subs at 20$ each I ended throwing out one of the two subs because I was angry. Called the manager in the morning. He didn’t want to issue a refund. Ended up going there and he only issues one refund because we brought half the sub in. They make mistakes and want to blame the clients. The manager was rude and obnoxious and hung up on me once I called him back to discuss . I do not recommend this restaurant or Lachine tasty. As it is the same owner. It’s unfortunate because this hides to be an amazing place. If I could give zero stars I would.
