Great service and food. It's rare that I have leftovers but look at the size of these nachos with plant based meat! Lots of vegetarian options and great for kids. Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes are able to sub plant based meat and even the pizza for more than the typical veggie as well as a lot of apps, pasta, and the normal veggie burger. Kid-friendliness: Crayons and high chairs/boosters as well as a good selection of kids meals.
Had a nice family dinner at Boston Pizza, Newmarket. Food was excellent. We ordered Bandera Bread, Margarita pizza and Veg Salad bowls. Everything was awesome. The Bandera bread is a speciality. The overall experience was enhanced by our server Vince. Vince was very professional, helpful and very friendly..Suggested a bit and always there for small talk. Vince kept checking from time to time if we needed anything. 5 Stars for service. Thank you Vince for making us feel valued.
Last night I was at this Boston Pizza location for dinner with a big group of friends, fellow ladies. In the past we've gone to other restaurants where they weren't nearly as accommodating or attentive as Boston Pizza was which I very much appreciated. No complaints on the food, everyone liked what they ordered no issues. What really made the evening a 5 star experience was our wonderful server Mitch. He took such good care of us, was quick to get our food and drinks, great personality, an absolute delight overall! Thank you!
Rarely go to these franchised cookie cutter diving experiences but I was getting my car repaired and it was a decent place to pass the time. Told the staff what I was up to and did order some food and drinks but not enough to justify hanging out for 3 hours. The staff was accommodating and the Caesar was appropriately spicy
Incredible customer service. The staff and management went over and beyond to help make my daughter's birthday dinner a success. Can't say enough good things about this location. Food and service was amazing as always. Definitely three thumbs up
I really have to share this!!! We went to have dinner and we very politely told the servers that previously we had a bad experience over there and we were hoping to have an amazing one this time. Sadly it was not!!! First of all the calamari was chewy, second of all, the wings were so dry that we could not eat them. We ask again what is happening to that location??? Why the quality is gping down? Anyways we ask for the bill, they made mistakes with it, then we try to use the kid's meals cards and they said will not work and they keep adding the food that we return calamari and wings. Lastly my drink beer got and insect inside and they brought me another beer but only the exact amount left over before the insect got inside sorry but a good customer service in a chain like this one will not do that so we left very unsatisfied and definitely we will not give it another shot. We were polite, and we told one of the managers that honestly the experience was not good again and we explained everything I just wrote and of course they did not do anything about it. What a terrible customer service they provide to their people
Forgetting our salad was the first issue... the bland flavour was the bigger issue. Id give a higher rating if this was the first time I've had this complaint but time after time, they never cease to amaze me at how horrible the food tastes! We go years without going here and finally think... ok, fine, I'm sure they have improved by now... and NOPE! I think it's us that should have the 1 star rating for continuing to give them a chance.
This place was great, just what I needed one Monday night around Christmastime after some shopping. Sat in the bar and had the Macaroni and Cheese. It was amazing.
Have not been to Boston Pizza in over 10 years because the food was weak. Now the menu is updated and food is much better. Service was very good as well.Food: 4/5
Great food, excellent place for a gathering with friends and family. Very accommodating for young families as well. Will be back soon!Food: 5/5
