Was in town with a colleague for business. It was too late for a restaurant so we ordered a daily special and picked up a few cans of beer at the LCBO. What we thought was going to be a pretty dismal supper turned out to be a delicious pizza at a bargain price! Thanks for a great experience Dietary restrictions: My colleague is allergic to onions. No problem, they substituted tomatoes for onions and told me to always ask for allergy accommodations - they were happy to serve food that we could both enjoy. That's service!
The ONLY reason I am giving this franchise 3 stars is that when I entered a week ago, I had to wait to be seen for my online order for about 5 minutes. There had to be 5 staff members in the back, speaking non-english, and didn't even recognize me being there - by choice. I had to wait for a person to come of off of his deserved break to get my items. The back staff of this establishment really needs a lesson on helping everyone and recognizing sales when they enter the door. Thank you to the person who came to help me - shame to the back staff that TOTALLY ignored me. Maybe these staff members can go work at KFC Orillia as it seems like the same standards are being used as both spots. Management - please talk to your back staff. They need it desperately or I will have to find a new place to grab pizza - and tell many others to do the same.
The staff always remembers me even though I don’t come in that often anymore! Very impressed by their awesome customer service. Pizza is always fast and fresh!
Had chicken Cesar salad and Hawaiian flatbread..salad was stale and limp, flatbread was VERY dry and hard..and very very thin I realize it’s flatbread, but some sort of a soft crust is expected..had to throw it out. Very disappointed:
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered online on their site waited over an hour for the tracker to say food was delivered, it was not. Called back got the run around and now waiting another 30+ minutes for food without even offering any form of apology or discount. Just an oh you didnt get it um maybe it was delivered somewhere else. Dont worry called pizzaville at least they can follow gps to correct addresses.
Ok. Ordered a lot from them. Food is always great. But when I call and I'm obviously in the system, and you say you can't deliver? Then I go on door dash and get it and Pay 20 percent to 30 percent more. Brutal. Never again.
The food is good but the customer service is not. They're too lazy to deliver where I live plus they are racist. They made me spend my credit card on door dash and I couldn't spend my money on my debit card online.
The best pizza ever. This is absolutely the best pizza hut location. I tried many and nothing beats this location. The pizza is always great, excellent topping distribution, amount of sauce and crust baking. Friendly staff. I drive extra to get to this location when craving pizza. You guys are the best
Pretty good walk-in deals. Staff are friendly. Pizzas are always a bit under-done, though. You can finish them off in the oven at home and they taste great, but it would be nice to not have to do that. Storefront lacks a vestibule entryway so the freezing cold air blows in every time someone walks into the place. Not much they can do about that, but it does make it unpleasant when you're waiting for your order.
Chain . Used to b the best, now just passable. They do have several online coupons or bundles that r good value, but none of it is great. So 20 years ago my wife and I travelled by car from Canada to Washington Pennsylvania. We got there and they had a Pizza hut and we went for dinner and it was such a great meal,literally memorable. The staff, the food and the setting we're just amazing. A couple of Canadian tourists, getting hammered at the local hut! Police escort back to our hotel.hilarious! Anyway, pizza hut may have slid downhill a bit since then.
