We called before 1 am for a delivery, the man on the phone was hard to understand to begin with and didn’t repeat our phone number nor address back to us- we spoke very clearly and he didn’t ask us to repeat so naturally we assumed that he understood us. Told us it would be 30-40 minutes for the pizza. Flash forward AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES, no pizza. We decided to call, it was the same guy as before and claimed that the pizza was already delivered. We said that was impossible as we hadn’t paid for anything and had been waiting on our phones the last hour and twenty minutes. He then claimed that he called a number and that the police answered which made literally zero sense. He offered us no solution and simply said “sorry ma’am but we are closed”. He has very poor phone etiquette and honestly we were really disappointed with the service. Stayed up far later than needed for a pizza that never came. Also had this issue with a coworker the other day who had ordered a pizza at 6 pm for an 8 pm delivery. Come 8:30, the pizza hadn’t arrived, and when she called, the same guy who answered the phone tonight said that the pizza wasn’t even ready and was still in the oven. Not sure what’s going on with Dominoes but they’ve gone downhill and need to improve on timeliness and customer service, BIG TIME.
Absolute worst experience. Took us an hour to order because the employee's didn't know their own specials. A huge board outside their store says 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 8.99 each, but they kept charging me 9.99 each and then tried to tell me toppings like pepperoni or sausage cost a dollar more.. those are regular toppings, there is no reason for it to cost an extra dollar. Then we tried to use one of their local coupons from their website and he tells me the website has expired coupons so they cannot honor that. How can their website have expired coupons? THEN when I finally get my pizza now with toppings I don't like they didn't make it thin crust as I had asked. They did not apologize or replace their pizza.
Our experience today was ridiculous to say the least. We placed our order online and received confirmation that it would be ready in 10-20 min. When we arrived to pick it up they had no record of our order therefore no dinner. We should have pivoted but instead we placed our order again. The chicken was cold in the middle, out jalapeno cheesy bread had raw doe inside totally raw inedible and pizza was meh. Really not a great experience we will be taking a break from the Orillia Domino's.
Good gf pizza, doesn't taste like cardboard crust. Little on the pricey side but take the wheat out and people with allergies get to pay through the nose. Love the taste
You make pizza wrong. You don’t take accountability. You push back to fix an order. No offence, but if you can’t make a pizza correctly don’t own the franchise. Never again. Learn how to make an order; and how to make a simple pie
False advertising. The on screen menu said they had a 32 peice boneless chicken for $33.99. First the guy said they didn't have a 32 peice and I would have to buy 4 of the 8 peices for 9.99 each. Then I showed him their menu that said 32 boneless chicken for 33.99 and then he said their computer says it's actually 36.99 and he can't fix it. I told him they should fix their on screen menu price if they arnt going to honor the price advertised. Then he asked me if I was sure I wanted boneless chicken and not chicken wings, he went on and on about how some people order boneless chicken but actually wanted wings. I said no, we wanted the boneless ones. Then they didn't even let us know our order was ready. Our name came up on the screen and said pur order was ready, but no one told us so we had to wait in line for 10 minutes to ask for.pur completed order and by the time they finally got to us, our name and order had disappeared off the screen and we still hadn't been notified of our completed order. We also were nit given or even offered any dipping sauce for the 32 peice boneless chicken we ordered. Won't go back there again.
Just ordered Pizza for Delivery, the gentleman who answered the phone and took my order was very Friendly. The estimated delivery was 35-40 mins which was fine, but it arrived within 15mins by a pleasant delivery driver. The Best Part though, was that our pizza tonight is nice & Hot, Delicious & Fresh Wow! Great Experience. Great Service to the Dominos Team! Thankyou!
Don’t buy pizza from them unless you’re prepared to wait for eons for your takeout. I’m considering ordering theos pizza delivered to dominos, so i have something to eat while I wait and wait, and wait. Worst run takeout “establishment” in Orillia.
Ordered two pizzas with extra sauce for My girlfriend and my nephews and got pizza with no sauce on either and when I called to complain I was told "they were too busy to deal with my order or complaint." Now i have kids who wont touch their food Extremely disappointed with the service especially after waiting almost an hour for my pizzas. All they could do was offer me a free small I ordered two mediums specialty pizzas to "compensate" for their mistake.
We stopped in town over night and I tell you what.The best pizza and quick delivery I ever had in while.Awsome good job
