After ordering in person and waiting, we realized our take out order was wrong once we got it home. We called ahead to get the right order and got a lot of rudeness from the manager who accused us of ordering wrong and questioned her staff. We drove back with the wrong pizzas and exchanged them for correct ones. They were undercooked. What a bad experience. What a bad manager! Never returning!
New guys and location THANKS!! Was a pleasant surprise. Last location forgot what a traditional Pizza Hut pizza was like. We had the $5 $5 $5 promo and the crust was perfect lots of cheese and toppings right to the edge.
We ordered Hawaiian & margherita pizza, they were absolutely delicious… the BEST so far that we’ve tried in Simcoe. The guy who helped us was Will he was very friendly and professional. Would for sure order from there again.
My experience so far has been “Hit or Miss “ out of 5 times I ordered in last of couple of months 2 times been really good pizza and 3 times been not good at all. Not sure why there is such an uncertainty with their product. I continue to order just because their pizza is still way better than Dominos but it’s very bad that Pizza Hut can’t make the pizza same / good every time. For the prize one pays for their pizza should always get a good pizza every time. Please work on your quality or else I am at the edge of quitting ordering from you guys.
Pizza has been incredibly undercooked both times I have ordered recently. Wings have also been undercooked and caused some nasty food poisoning. This is not the pizza hut of old. Avoid.
Tried this new location for the first time tonight. Service was excellent. Miscommunication during ordering process was taken care of by the manager with no questions asked. Food was really good and prepared quickly. Will be returning here in the future for sure.

This pizza was the best ever!!! The Indian girl with bangs…I think her name is Simran made me the best pizza!!! Such a sweet girl. It’s a 5 star for me!!
