Usually this place is decent. But last night was the last straw. They forgot our icing for the brownies and had to come back and the pizza was overcooked and dry. See picture. It was like eating crust. Disgusting. Won't be ordering there again. Not to mention the driver was told NOT to ring my doorbell because of my baby sleeping and I had to stand there and watch him almost do it. 0 thought process and the manager asked who the driver was and I told him and he's like "ya I think I know that guy" like seriously? How do you not know your employees? Terrible communication skills.
Last night we ordered for the very first time since COVID hit us. The pizza was hot and fresh. Every slice of pizza was devoured. Thanks so much for one of the best pies in such a long time. Our next visit has made it to our meal plan.
The pizza is delicious! You have lots of toppings to pick and choose from, crust options, different sauces, pasta, chicken bites, and dessert. I don't think a person can go wrong. This is the only place we order from. Not only is the pizza great but the customer service is top notch! Keep up a great work!
The staff is amazing!!! I can't say enough of how polite and attentive they are, even when they are busy! I had a really bad experience at a different pizza place in Jarvis last night and these awesome people totally made my night!! Thank you so much Dominoes Simcoe!
Great 12.99 special on 4 item large pizza for walk in meal , picked up one for my sister and her husband as well . Friendly staff and fast service , great deal. Well done !!!

This domino's location has to be one of the best locations i've ever been to. The pizzas are always loaded with proper toppings, especially when you ask for double or triple.
The young boys who work afternoon shift during the week are very polite & made sure our order was correct & they also served it quickly and with great quality. Will definitely be returning to this location!!! Recommend stopping in if you haven’t already. They should be recognized for great service
Extremely happy with the prompt service and delivery. My order was running late due to a high volume of orders at one time. Not only did they remake my order but they delivered both full orders to me without any extra charges. My daughter is extremely happy with all the pizza stuff bread.
