Steer clear from this one. Ordered here twice and ended up cancelling both times. 1st time… No sausage or bacon to put on my pizza. So instead of notifying me my order couldn’t be filled, they let me sit and wait an hour for my delivery until I called and found out I wasn’t getting anything. 2nd time… Said my order was out for delivery. Called after 30 minutes 75 mins total and they told me it was just sitting at the restaurant, waiting to be picked up still. No thanks bums. Terrible customer service. I won’t dine with the entire franchise ever again.
Any 4 or 5 star reviews are an entire lie! Don't eat here. The pizza/cleanliness is subpar. And customer service is below subpar. All responses to any negative review are automated. They do not care! Let them go out of business. We need something better on that corner.
I walked in, and patiently waited to be helped even though nobody else was in the store. After about 10 minutes a contractor was working on something in the store and informed the employee that I was waiting and she responded "I'm busy I'll get to them when I get to them" she didn't greet me or anything, just said "what you want" I gave her my order and told her I have a coupon and then she said "nuh uh, I'm not serving you" and told me to leave. The encounter did not make sense but now I guess I have wasted 30 minutes with no food to show. I have never eaten at this location and I don't think I will now.. extremely rude, unpleasant, and uncalled for behavior from someone I have never met before.
Don’t waste your money ordering from here! Please support the Schaumburg location. Our order was wrong and missing items, you cannot reach anyone at the store and Door Dash doesn’t seem to care about their delivery services either! You have to call Corporate to get any resolution and even that was underwhelming!! Please save yourself time and aggravation and support the Schaumburg location!
I ordered the pizza for delivery because I am disabled and unable to drive. I always order Hand-Tossed Crust, but online shows not available. I only had the option to choose Pan Pizza or Thin-Crust. So I ordered Pan Pizza. Besides the pizza, I also ordered Marinara sauce and Cinnabon Signature Cream Cheese Frosting. When we got the order, I saw that we're missing Cinnabon Signature Cream Cheese Frosting. I tried calling the store, the phone kept ringing and ringing, but no one bothers to pick up the phone. I swear called the store more than 10 times, I even press the option number 1 for new order and I was told to call the store. I informed them that the store is not picking up the phone. The the call center lady put me on hold and tried to call the store. After 7 minutes on hold, the lady told me that yes the store is not answering and that I have to go to the store for whatever item I am missing. This defeats the purpose for having delivered. Then I continued calling and on my 14 or 15th call, this lady just bothered to pick up the phone. When I informed her what I am missing, very rudely she went like we don't have it. She told her name Derrick. I don't know if that's her real name or what. There was no sorry nor apology. Just plain rude that she doesn't have Cinnabon Signature Frosting. Then I asked her that she should credit the amount back on card. She Derrick said, she can't do that. Once the order is charged, no refunds can be made. I was like well if the don't have something available, they have to refund the money. Then she Derrick was telling me that it's a $1 and that I can come to pick it up. I told her I can't come and it's not right for her to do that. She Derrick at the end said that she will bring 100 and 9 pennies tomorrow. This is how the customer service at Pizza Hut is. Basically Pizza Hut charges customers for the items they don't have and they don't want to refund the money for things they don't have. The don't want customers to ask for refund, so Pizza Hut wants to rob customers plainly. The quality of pizza has been declined as well. I used to like Pizza Hut, but not anymore. Our family and friends won't be ordering Pizza from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is no good place anymore. I have learned my lesson and Pizza Hut won't be seeing me as a customer
Awful store. Website automatically changed to the Roselle location when I had selected Elgin. When I realized the error, I tried calling the Roselle location three times and not once did they pick up. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ONLINE OR USE THIS LOCATION.
I placed an online order for the Book It deal 2 days ago. We ordered two pizzas and one of them was requested to have onions and sausage. When the pizza arrived it had sausage and pineapple on it. Not realizing this right away, my husband who is allergic to pineapple took a bite and had an immediate reaction. When we called the store they wanted us to bring the pizza back so they could confirm that it was pineapple because their cook swore they had put onions on it, clearly not believing us. They then told us that they couldn’t get us a new pizzas cause they only used doordash and the only thing we could do if we were regulars was issue a refund. I told them a refund would have to do and they hung up. I have still yet to receive a refund for this debacle and outrageous error. It seems like they don’t care they almost killed someone with an allergy but only about the fact that whoever made the pizza insisted they were right and had mad everything correct… not the person who had the allergic reaction
This is place is disgusting! Sticky, oily floor, spider webs in the corners, all kind of garbage on the counter, papers, old receipts, plastic bags, disgusting, never cleaned doors and the best part: FLIP FLOPS ON THE COUNTER! If this is what is visible to customer, then try to imagine what is in the kitchen! This place should be reported to Health Department for evaluation. I remember old days when Pizza Hut restaurants were nice places to go. Today all of them are nothing but filthy joints!
Ordered the big box. Didn't look ANYTHING like the picture, but that's not why I came here to write a review. I ordered BREADSTICKS with MARINARA SAUCE and I get home and there is NO MARINARA with my order. Tried to call them...got through to a generic Pizza Hut line that transferred me to the store. A guy answered and asked if I could hold...and left me on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. Pizza was edible, which is why I didn't go with 1 star and gave them 2. Will I be back? No, not when I don't get what I've paid for. I can think of better ways to throw my money away
