I ordered through Uber Eats and apparently one of my wings was dropped while they cooked it. The driver arrived and it was going to take 13 minutes to cook another wing, so they gave me a whole chicken sandwich to make up for one wing being missing from the order. Lili Hernandez was the manager and wrote me a note on the receipt explaining. Service was 10/10, very much appreciate the generous act to make up for being down one wing. Love this place!
Placed an online order scheduled to be picked up at 6pm. Upon getting home, the food was barely luke warm. I called to ask if our order may have been prepared early on accident. They answered and immediately put me on hold and I hung up after no one came back on the line after a few minutes. I know this Wingstop has a different owner than a few years back. It has really gone downhill since the change in ownership. I will not be returning to this location.
This location used to be really good, until they sold out to someone else. Now the chicken comes out dry, I like my French fries well-done and they don't make them right. In the service is not that great. I'm disappointed I have to find a different location. I've been ordering from this location for over 10 years.Food: 1/5
2nd time in a Wing stop. Both times had to wait over 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich meal. Good food just didn't like the long wait.Food: 4/5
Over cooked wings. They were hard as a rock. This shows that the cook doesn't know what he's doing or to busy talking to the lady in front. I won't be back.Food: 2/5
They may have messed up our order. The wings were not good. The service was ok. There was a bunch of teenagers working there. They all looked like they were high, lol. I will not be ordering from them again.
Everytime we order they say 45 minutes, we get our food in 25 minutes. Enough said, that alone is amazing. Clean food, tastes great, always presentable, super happy with all our orders. I don't get all the bad reviews, people are crazy. My experiences with this place are great and I look forward to future orders. Keep up the great service
Service was great! The person at the register was very helpful. Their Monday and Tuesday special is a really good deal. Food was hot and fresh!

This is definitely my favorite wing stop location! Courtney and Juan gave me the best service and served me the best wings. They communicated well with each other and gave me exactly what I wanted with no issues. They totally deserve raises, and I will definitely be coming back to this location next time I’m craving some wings!
