Never enough cheese. The bread got bigger but so did the price. I pay extra for the cheese. The way I see it’s half garlic bread and half cheesy garlic bread. At least cover it with cheese.
I ordered a pizza and chicken wings online, which, by the way, is simple and easy to navigate through. I ordered carry out and I was surprised by how quickly they were able to make all of my orders. The service was nothing less than professional and very polite. The pizza is well-cooked and the chicken wings are really great. This is the kind of service that makes me want to return to this particular location.
order my pizza with a 2 liter pop to be delivered to my apartment and I did not receive my 2 liter that was purchased. I was told by the door dash driver that I would have to call the store to get it corrected. I received my order at 5:30 and have been calling for almost a 45 minutes and not received a call back. Plus the pizza was half cheese and pepperoni and only 2 slice only had just cheese.
Order a large 3 topping pizza and an order of boneless wing with a 2 liter pop to be delivered to my apartment and I did not receive my 2 liter that was purchased. I was told by the door dash driver that I would have to call the store to get it corrected. I received my order at 7:45pm and have been calling the store location for about an hour and never got an answer and they don’t close til 11pm. This is extremely unprofessional the least they could have done was pick up the phone and acknowledge the mistake that was made but I guess that’s not how it works. I definitely won’t be ordering again.
We love Pizza Hut but our last order was terrible. There was too much sauce on our 3 pizzas and they got the order wrong.
Hey employees said they'll pay for all damages on foods and replace everything that has been missing for ignoring the phone just so they cannot get attitude or restitution for damaged products!!!! They also said corporate is dumb and will treat you like garbage and not help. The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!
The food was very bad, the pasta and pizza were both disgusting. Employees was nice though.
We hadn't had pizza hut in awhile but we always like their buttery crust of the traditional pan pizza. The pizza received wasn't pan, it was thinner hybrid between thin and pan and it wasn't cooked all the way so the crust was doughy. But the real reason for the 1 star was the taste, there was definitely something wrong with the ingredients as it tasted like they used spoiled ingredients. We had less than 1 piece between me and wife and threw the rest away. Although I've enjoyed pizza hut in the past I don't think we'll order from them again. It could be an isolated case or their quality has just gone down in recent years but regardless why risk it? There's so many choices for pizza.
This place used to make good quality pizza. Maybe there was staffing turnover but the quality is not there anymore.
I ordered 1 large meat lovers stuff crust pizza it gets delivered destroyed like somebody dropped it then no body wants to answer phone
