The food was good. I ordered dine in. They forgot my cup, but they brought my food. There were a bunch of screaming kids in the play area, which was to be expected. Over all, not bad. I sat in the corner so no one would bother me and it was a good experience.Food: 5/5
The in-restaurant kiosk is a joke. It took over thirty minutes just to get a Big Mac Combo meal. The restaurant smelled like a barn. But, at least the food was decent. But was it worth being late getting back to work?Food: 4/5
McDonald's has raised it's standards on all levels. It's so easy to order your food of choice. There is a kiosk beyond the counters. My eleven year old grandson ordered our food on it. Customers ordering their own food makes it easier for everyone. So the employees can give their attention in making over all service betterFood: 4/5
I literally hate this McDonalds because the evening staff is so rude and lackadaisical. They gave me a soda that tasted like cleaning fluid. After I made them aware, the showed no concern whatsoever and treated me as if I was trying to get something more out of them. I never go in the evening. I really don’t like going to McDonald’s at all. Sometimes it’s necessary when I’m running late to drop my kids off to school. That leads me to the morning crew. The service in the morning is much more professional, courteous, friendly and customer service oriented. My favorite is Eduardo! He is awesome! Super friendly and very pleasant. His customer service is outstanding! I usually only receive this type of customer service at Chick Fila as far as food is concerned. I am so happy when I hear him over the speaker thru the drive thru. I hope he stays the sweet, kind, thoughtful, genuine person that he is. He has something special about him and I would love to see him move up the chain and help change the culture at that McDonalds. Eduardo is wonderful! So many can learn from him!
If this is the McDonald's in Addison on Beltline, I had a terrible experience! I was very disappointed with the "cashier" which turned out to be the Manager, She was rude ! I ONLY WANTED COFFEE AND 2 COOKIES! I could not believe how bad her attitude was I have been in the food Industry for years, if this bad attitude continues towards the customers because they get swamped, then you are in the wrong business miss, Everyone was upset with her take it or leave it attitude. MCDONALDS IN ADDISON IS GOING DOWN if it continues to have employees like that! SMH!
The place is well kept up with. The food is on point. They're pretty fast. The manager was a bit rude because I had my son exchange his xs cup which I had paid for already for a medium and sent him with cash just in case he had to pay the difference. Well he returned the cup and still had to pay full price for the medium cup. So I went to ask why was he charged again and the manager had an attitude I guess because she was in a hurry but there was a young lady at another register who returned my money. The best experience here is my children in the playground and the two helpful and friendly cashiers Michael and the young lady I didn't get her name. Other than that it's ok.
A nice McDonald's. I ordered via the self serve system as I hadn't experienced this. I can say it was a good experience but may be too complex for a good order. The place was clean and efficient. The coffee was good. I tried to work here with my laptop but the wifi was less than 2mbps so I did not. I appreciated the soft hues of color in the place. The people who tend to this place are nice too.
The food and service was good and they were very quick to get it out to me. The only problem I had was with ordering my meal via the McDonald's App before going thru the drive thru. It said that one of the meals I ordered wasn't available, so it didn't go on the order, even though I knew that they had this meal. Anyways, the employees were very helpful and quick to fix the issue and got my other order out to me in no time! Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps for wheelchair access
I would've given em 5 stars, but they completely messed up my oatmeal today, so here we are at 3 stars. My oatmeal was basically a cup of milky oatmeal soup, and to add injury to insult they gave me a fork and knife to eat it with. Not a spoon...Food: 3/5
