Pizza Hut

I would give zero stars if possible. Just recieved a very disappointing dinner for two. My Italian salad had no ham. We had no dip for the wings which we had to pay for... then the kicker was the portion of fries. A half order at best! Sincerely, a very disappointed pepperoni & icy lettuce eating customer. DO BETTER!

Whoever I talked to on the phone was completely inconsiderate and unhelpful. I talked to a male employee around 11:50 pm. I understand hospitality because I’m a server at at restaurant, and he was very unhelpful and very rude. I had a door dash order and asked if he could just take my order out to the dasher. He refused and hung up with an evident attitude then Hung-up on me. Refused to give me his name also.

This place is the worst we ordered and waited over 2 hrs just to have then tell us they would bring us a pizza tomorrow instead of the day we ordered it.

Blue good food here q are really welcoming also nice to you they go the extra mile to help you

The quality of this place has slipped. The food was MUCH better pre-pandemic, as was the service. The host/cashier/waiter/busser worked his tail off to take care of me and the few guests who were there. The pizza was pretty pedestrian. Menù is limited and the buffet is gone.

Got delivery today! Good was super hot and fresh. Very timely. Driver was super nice. I know they've been having a hard time keeping staff. It was going downhill but they did amazing today. I hope they finally got enough people to work

They delivered here last week and been delivering here for 8 + years then want to order today all of a sudden they can not deliver here there cut off point is bathmils I'm less the 3/4 of a mile from bathmils not a good way to do business

Love pizza hut .Tried the new Melt. A great thin crust melt was everything I wanted it to be . Albion Pizza hut gets it done right

This Pizza Hut is amazing. Friendly staff and has an old-timey feel because they still have their salad bar.

Ordered chicken Alfredo with cheese bread, cookie, 20 Oz Pepsi, and silverware took around an hour for food to show up I pay for my meal and notice no cheese bread or silverware and my food was barely warm I had to reheat it I tried calling a no one seemed to want to answer the phone I had to go to the store and pick up my cheese bread the call center and service was a joke I paid for delivery and still had to go to the store for food where is my refund and the gas I wasted
