This bacon is harder than a rock. Taste a lot longer then just a couple of hours in the hot rack. McDonald’s this is outrageous, we pay a lot more these days to be served food from a couple of days prior. Get better or charge us less due to the quality of the food.
Wow - what a big drop in service. For over 15 years I have travelled a lot of NSW and QLD - with a lot of meals on the run bought and I always thought my local Maccas was a step above in service of many takeaway shops and other MCD”s. One key obvious failure - is there ability to serve the ice cream range. For the last 10 weeks - I have been told a new machine is coming - and to be honest there handling of these temperamental machines - has been poor at this location for at least 2 years. Is that a lack of senior managers ? At the minimum - it wouldn’t be hard to put a sign out on the driveway on one of the fixtures. Isn’t half of service also about communication ? ? It’ disappointing to have line up to order - a key part of what made the decision to go that venue - then when it’s your chance to order - your told - no we can’t do it. Sometimes with the magic - Sorry - word, but more often without. As you would know - you cant back out of a busy driveway then. So if you don’t want to order MCD”s - you then waste half your lunch break sitting in the line. Can we assume they haven’t served any ice cream in 10 weeks ? Albion’s junior staff always seemed to be great- Same thing again - why a drop in service on the last few years . Sure the pained half interest in customers or service is a challenge by junior staff - but once again - isn’t that we’re senior good staff - can make a big difference - a couple of nice words to hard working staff - on how to do the job a bit better - makes a massive difference. My last lunch - the final server was reading a computer screen when she passed 2 lots of food and drinks. As she did - she didn’t hold the cup straight - and coke slipped out of the cup onto my car. I was going to say something - but didn’t feel it would achieve much. Surely a good manager would normally step in when they see that sort of thing happen ??
It doesn’t matter when you visit this place, whether it is busy or not. It’s chaos behind the counter. It looks exactly like you would expect a fast food restaurant to look on day one of opening and staffed with people who have had no training and just found out minutes ago that they’re going to have to provide some level of service. The hit rate on drive through of getting exactly what you paid for is 50/50. It’s a sad indictment that no one cares, from management to the disinterested and rude front of house staff.
So I ordered Uber eats and omg yus queen so good! So many m n ms in the McFlurry and although they said on my bag have a lovely day and it is night time so it should have been have a lovely night, soooo good omg yus #mclovinit
Staffs personality is as dead as a doornail, no toilet paper to take a dump. Not one single table clean, chips and burger meat overcooked. You've lost a valuable customer, I used to love this place. Not anymore, do better.
If you have so much time like nothing to do in a day you can spend time on waiting food here. They never upset us about wasting time on the wait. Four years ago I experienced the same thing as today. Just only I thought they would improved but not. They are consistency with wasting people times. Hope you guys improve soon.
Albion McDonald’s staff members need to learn good customer service. Not only was the lady who gave us our food rude but we were given the incorrect order through the drive-through. When we mentioned this and handed it back, she was even more rude and hostile towards us. When we finally got our order, our Coke’s were fizzy but with no flavor learn to check the soft drink pouches and our burgers were made incorrectly without all ingredients. Will not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
Always a slow service. It took me nearly 30 minutes just to get my 2 apple pies and 6 nuggets for quick snack. They can’t even make my order right with missing sauce. Looks like my nuggets were soggy while waiting for the apple pies to be cooked when order is received. Self-service order machine doesn’t provide receipts and one is out of order. You will surely missed to check the order number so I have to asked it from the counter. The same what other customers had experienced and asked from the counter. Every time I go to this branch, it is always a letdown. No other McDonald is closer to my suburb because the Toombul branch is gone. They need to change their management to improve service and to provide good customer experience.
My review is very similar to the others. Burgers missing ingredients, buns and everything was cold. The up side they refunded everything without a worry. They don’t have the tools to be efficient at this McDonald’s, there is no where for the team to put prepared orders.
Terrible service. Self service machines not working multi people having issues yet no out of order signs. Ok no problem just pay out the counter. Oh wait I’m completely ignored despite me and my partner standing at the counter while some little kid makes Uber eats bags avoiding eye contact. Not the first time poorly trained staff on the front counter have done this. I think I may have to make the drive to another store where they actually greet their customers.
