Happy to see they were open on this blizzardy day! Nice clean place
Good place. Fast and quick. Good to get off the highway and back on it, in couple of minutes. The take-out service is fast. The staff are polite. Food is hot and fresh. Very small seating area. So might not be good for large groups. I have visitthis place probably three time now and every time I had a very pleasant experience. Prices are like any other Arby's...reasonable and affordable.
Girl at the counter seemed irritated to be there. Had a roast beef sandwich. Was good. Husbands curly fries were overcooked and hard. No Arby's will ever get 5 stars from me until they bring back potato cakes. Those were always my favorite menu item. Amazing dipped in a mix of Arby sauce and Horsey sauce.Food: 4/5
The staff were nicer than they had to be. We got some coupons in the mail and had a wild night out in Albion on a Friday night, sharing jalapeno poppers, fries, and mozzarella sticks. A banquet fit for royalty!
A waste of hard earned money,asked for a sandwich with no sauce...it had sauce. The other sandwich was caked in sauce and lettuce. Gross
Got some grub from the drive thru. They do great work in a really busy store. Parking: Lots of spots right by the front door. Real easy in and out. But if you go there at lunch on a weekend it is packed.
I usually get what I need for dinner the food is good and the people who serve have a wonderful personality to me, now some of the pruces are kinda high but the service is on point.Food: 5/5
It's Arby's, a known quantity. What sets restaurants apart is service. Here, I had the pleasure of impolite drive thru crew, who could not seem to grasp basic politeness. Yep and Yup are not valid replies...Food: 3/5
I ordered 2 classic beef and chedder sandwich's. They instead upgraded my order to 2 bacon beef and chedders so they could charge me more. The food was sub par and sloppily put together. I took the order in and pointed it out and the manager said so what do you want me to do about it do you really want me to refund it? I delt with to much additude today and just got out of surgery so i dod not have the energy to fight with the guy i simply said ok well ill do my review and i left. This is not ok that they are illegally charging people for stuff they did not order.
Five stars for fast food flavor. Drive- through only here at Albion, MI, exit 121 and I-94. Hadn't been to an Arby's in a while. A friend said to check out their sliders and gyros. So, tried them. I ordered their Buffalo chicken and roast turkey. These Sliders are probably the best sliders I have had since restaurants started making sliders. I also ordered a roast turkey gyro, which was thick with meat and flavor. Totally will be going back for more. The pic I've included was a screen shot off the Arby's menu, but my gyro looked exactly like this. I meant to take my own pic, but got carried away eating it.
