The ingredients are mediocre, but the preparation is even worse. My latest order's bread sticks have a gross yellow sauce on top, but are still ice cold. They honestly taste and look STRANGE. The pizza has no sauce. I guess they just forgot. I wish I could get a refund, because this is unacceptably bad food. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I feel like I threw my money in the trash.
My older review has been changed from 3 to 4 stars, I recently ordered a new Yorker and it was pretty good. Whomever is making the pizzas lately cares and is pretty skilled. Kudos bro
Wish could leave ZERO stars cause that's what they deserve. Placed an online order and the order summary said 47-57 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes we called and were told that it would be headed to us shortly. After an hour and 50 minutes we called again and were told they were working on it and it was ready just waiting for a driver. I get that the world is short staffed but they really need to fix there online system. Don't tell me it's going to be X amount of time and double it with no communication. Will definitely think twice before ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.
Stopped here for lunch on our way back to the east side of the state. Pizza was amazing. Hot, gooey.. and even though it was counter service only they still provided us with plates to sit and have our food! Bonus points for recommending a less expensive meal deal and getting me more for my money! Thanks ellensburg Pizza Hut! You guys are doing great!
Correct order maybe 3 times when ordered weekly for last 5 months. Wrong crust and charged extra for it! Under cooked! Old tasting meats. Charged 4 extra sauces & not recieved. Wrong beverags and wrong sizes. Staff can't do a simple refund on the one rare occasion i was offered one for $.85!! Am disabled so get delivery and low income so $40 per order is to much to waste here!! Used to love their products but no more. Have now received a hand written note inside my delivery because I asked for my order to be done right and told to go elsewhere. No one from the survey has ever contacted me to find a way to make things right or improve this store.
Online order on the fly on the way to the Grandkids' birthday cause its everyone's go-to favorite!! Pizzas, family wings with fries and a 4pack of soda. Perfect food as always!! Happy Grandkids!! We LOVE our Ellensburg Pizza Hut crew!! Another great job
I've never had bad customer service here. I do wish in general they would haven't changed the pasta as now its just ok and like Domino's. It was much better before.
I really love the staff and service I received recently when I had a large order. Kind, professional, and the restaurant is clean to dine in. I recommend to everyone.
Good pizza and a nice place to sit down and eat too. Or run across the street to Happy’s Market and grab some beer to go with your pie!
The service on Christmas Eve was embarrassing. Who ever owns this store should clean house because good god what an embarrassment absolute rudest staff I’ve ever seen.
