This restaurant is listed as having vegan options, but almost any Ppzza place can remove all the cheese to make the product vegan. It is a bit of a cop-out. Plus, there was no additional inclusion of veggies even though we removed more than we added, and got charged more on top of it. The pizza is also pretty bland. On the positive side, the texture of the crust was light and crispy, and the staff was friendly enough.
Eat local! The pizza is some of the best in town, unless you're going for a modern/Mediterranean/flatbread experience then there are better options. This is a classic family place with excellent quality -- they cook it just right, crispy top every time, and use fresh ingredients. The menu options often include new, creative combos, like the Truffle pizza, which was incredible. My favorites were the school spirit combos like the Wildcat and Bulldog. The atmosphere is dark, the games mostly work enough to keep the kids happy, the screens have sports, but never too loud for conversation. Prices are fantastic for the quality, which keeps me coming back; I was planning some group events here, but they've closed, and I hope they come back soon and stronger.
They have an amazing staff that is very helpful and accommodating! The pizza was delicious and so was the salad!! One of the employees there really made my day! She has great short curly hair and a friendly smile! She really went above and beyond to make my experience there very enjoyable! She noticed I was having a hard day and asked how I was doing with such compassion and her generosity and making sure my order was perfect really made my day brighter. Brooklyns pizza is somewhere I will look forward to on my next trip out there.
Brooklyn’s is honestly the best option for local pizza in Ellensburg. No matter what I ask for they hook it up! On top of the great pizza, the service is great! They have friendly management, delivery drivers, and kitchen staff. There’s never been an issue that can’t be fixed and it’s always done with a smile. They even put fun little notes in the pizza boxes which never fails to brighten my day! I’ve been in Ellensburg for the last 5 years and this staff is by far the best group of people! The pandemic has been hard on a lot of businesses but they are really pulling through and it’s an honor to support them!
We were visiting from out of town and decided to grab a pizza to bring back to our hotel room. We ordered two pizzas and two sides. All of it was absolutely amazing! Very fresh, good topping amount, and high quality. This pizzeria is the best pizzeria I have been to on the east side. Every time im in town which is often, I stop by and im greeted with the best customer service. Miley helped me and she was so nice and professional! The steak and garlic is my absolute favorite and the chessy bread is amazing. Thank you to the staff at Brooklyns for always having the best customer service and making great food!!
Everytime we go my family and I have a blast. It's a great experience and the staff there is just amazing. The toys and rides are definitely a plus for the kids but it doesn't make it or break it for this place. Definitely a little pricey on the specialty pizzas but the food is worth it. The reason for the 4 has to be the cleanliness. The place just had this light stickiness on everything you touch.
Fantastic pizza! Delivery is friendly & quick. Pizza arrives HOT & it’s the best pizza in Town... Everyone who takes orders over the phone are friendly & helpful. Pizza is so good! Love the crust & the fact that it’s not weighted down with fake cheese & too much sauce. All the ingredients appear fresh & the pepperoni isn’t soggy- actually crisp! We’ll be ordering again soon on another pizza day. Love their pizza & service.
Not sure all the rave about this place. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Boneless chicken nuggets are fake. Formed Tyson meat. Really? Pizza is cheap, assembly line pizza. Nothing special, at all. Tastes nothing like any NY pizza I've ever had. Food in Ellensburg needs help from the outside world, badly.
Absolutely Amazing! Great friendly staff, pizza was hot when delivered and every ingredient was dialed in!!!! We will be adding this restaurant to our” Best places to eat” travel list!!! Oh and your 1 bad review on Yelp must have had Covid and no tastebuds great authentic east coast style… don’t change a thing! We will be back!!!!
