Can you say excellent? Dirks pizza is by far one of the best I've ever tasted! We got their 5 pound pizza and just a piece is a full meal. I'll be stopping here every time I go thru Ellensburg!Food: 5/5

Whatever combination of cheese and spices they use are so good. The place is charming it smells good in there the guy working there was cool idk if he was the owner or not. They are light on the sauce so I recommend asking for extra sauce if that is something you want. Delicious pizza.
BEST PIZZA FOR MILES!! By far one of the best pizza places I have had the pleasure of eating. ALL the ingredients came fresh and absolutely delicious. I order a Large chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and a Large cheese pizza. They were cooked to perfection!! Has official made me a lifetime customer.
If you wanna get pizza in eburg, this is the spot. This is my favorite place for pizza in town by far and you will not find better pizza anywhere in town for the price. Please never close down dirk's, you're too much of a staple for this town.

Pizza even the crust! was the best I've had the pleasure of eating in a long time. I occasionally get a craving for pizza but have found from other pizza companies in Eburg that it doesn't taste anything close to what my "imagination" was wanting. Not so today! I have never been to Dirk's Pizza before today and it tasted so good and the owner was very nice. I will return.
