Pizza Hut

What’s the point of building up all these points if I can’t even redeem them when I want to or need to? I tried on the website and on the app and never works! I call and there’s nothing they can do about it! So today instead of getting the free meal I saved up for I’m going to have to pay and get more points that I CANT USE! Awesome!

The Pizza hut is probably one of the best places in town as far as I'm concerned I've never gotten a bad pizza form them at all they make it the way I like it and it's always very good and my wife even likes it and she don't eat pizza much

My pizza was not made as ordered. It took 20 extra minutes than stated, breadsticks were hard, and I know my pizza was sitting there awhile before they brought it out as it was dry.

I ordered mushroom, black olives, and green olives. I received mushroom, onions, and green peppers that was barely warm. I realize that I redeemed pizza using rewards points but still am VERY diappointed.

Order a taco pizza but when delivered was no sour cream or salsa. Would think the people who work there would know the menu but thats asking too much from society now adays. Off to raid the fridge for the rest of ingreds....

Reduce cost, but I am sure that is not possible.

I'm very tired of not being able to sit down and eat. We ordered take out anyway. My food was very good, waitress was very polite, price was ok too. She said corporate hasn't given them the ok to seat guests yet. This is my favorite Pizza Hut.Maybe next time.
