They're always advertising surprise frees. But I've ordered a couple of times and never received anything. I won't be ordering Dominos anymore the food was too salty.
This is one of the best Domino's Pizza. The manager and staff operate like a well condition machine. The quality of the Pizza that I order is always on point. The staff is very friendly and professional. My little girl gives her stamp of approval also. This is one of her favorite places to go.
Under no circumstances would I ever recommend Freeport's domino's
Ordered a Cesar salad, along with a medium pie for delivery. The pizza dough was half cooked "the dough was stringy like cheese", call customer service was given a replacement pie but only this time to have the wrong pizza dilevered, get this the pizza delivery took the order back not sure if he processed to have the pizza delivered to the right address. Call customer service again to have the order canceled and get this I was told they'll modified my order and I HAVE to pay for the Cesar salad, a coco cola, delivery free. I strongly believed they should have refunded me in fully giving they messed up twice AND SERVING RAW PIZZA DOUGH.
I love this Domino's!! Food is always delicious. They bring your orders to the parking lot when picking up a order. I highly recommend this location.
Love to eat at this location??? You won’t be anymore once you see how filthy this place is with bugs and dirts that gets in your foods especially with flies that swarms around and sits on prepped foods and doughs..
This will be our last order from this Dominos. Inconsistent quality and very dissatisfied with the customer service. Two days ago we ordered two large pizzas, both with double cheese. One pizza was correct with the double cheese, the other pizza didn’t have regular cheese, much less double cheese. Tonight we ordered another large pizza and a medium veggie pizza. The veggie pizza was perfect. The large pizza arrived with half the pizza underneath the other half. Called the store and the person who answered the phone said “Sorry about that. We can send out a replacement but make sure you give that one back to the driver untouched and uneaten.” Seriously? As the photos show, it looks as if half the pizza was already eaten so I wouldn’t touch it. I asked how long it would take for them to deliver the replacement and was told “we’re really busy so 40 - 50 minutes.” We waited 40 minutes for the first pizza and now have to wait another 40 - 50 minutes because of their mistake. Horrible customer service not usually experienced with Dominos. Guess it’s the franchise owner. We’ll be ordering from local pizza stores from now on. No more franchise chain store pizza.
If they are not burnt, you find employees hair stuck on the crust! Very nasty!
This is by far the worst domino's I've ever encountered. When you tell them you want your wings well done they still just put them through the oven one time. Now ordering pizza and it comes like this. Yeah sending a replacement but shouldn't have to constantly deal with multiple deliveries for one order. And the best is when you call them out on it you get the traditional "it was a new worker" line. After tonight I'm done with Domino's.
The pizza was good, it’s just that the lady who took my order on the phone took a really long time. She kept repeating my order back to me every minute even though I had confirmed that it was correct like three times. She also made me hold for some time in the middle of the order without telling me what it was for. I just wasn’t expecting to take 15 minutes on the phone for an order that could’ve taken 5.
