Disgusting is an understatement this is a horrible representation of Pizza Hut. First off I ordered a half & half pizza and they took that literal by piecing 2 pizzas together. Just look at the crust, like what is that. Meanwhile this is my second time in a row out of 3 times ordering there and having a terrible experience. Not to mention my wife ordered a pasta dish in the past and more than likely contracted salmonella from it. Never ever ever again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience to prevent them from getting burned like I did.
We had ordered a pizza and we brought home and saw it was totally uncooked & dry, call the location and they provide very unsatisfactory response. In general quality of this pizza hut is horrible.
The food will not be ready in time if on a weekend. I tried couple times, but waited an extra 30-60 minutes. The food was cooked and was goodas good as you can expect from a Pizza Hut. The cashier lady is very nice and handled the situation like a champ.
Wow, I really should have read the reviews before ordering from here. My order arrived FOUR hours late. FOUR HOURS! And they are 7 mins away from my house. My husband drove to the store location because they have disconnected their phone and there is no way to call them. They offered no apology or explanation. He asked for a new order to be made, but once he was waiting he could see how absolutely disgusting and unsanitary this location is. It was a madhouse and the cooks dropped the spatulas on the floor and reused them, cut a pizza on a literal desk with pencils and paperwork on it. I had to contact Pizza Hut to get my $$ back....I have no idea how a restaurant operating at this low of a level is still open. Shut this place down.
I felt sorry for the workers there. They looked like they were working hard they just couldn't keep up with the demand. Which is surprising because this was the absolutely worst pizza I've ever had...undercooked, no sauce, no cheese, it was just gross. There are 5 better pizza places within 1 mile of this place...why would you order from here?
Pizza never came! I had three young kids waiting for pizza and it never came. I called three times to see where it was and kept being transformed to the corporate hotline. Turns out they only do carryout and never said that they use Uber Eats for delivery services. I still never received my $40 refund 3 weeks later. I will never EVER buy, tell or even drive pass this establishment again.
NOT HAPPY!!!! Ordered food at 6:45. Food was supposed to be ready by 7. Didnt receive it until 7:45. It was cold and unappetizing. Although i received a discount. It dosent change that fact that my food was cold. While watching orders being made, they were being place on the side because the oven was full. And the unprofessional tantrum being thrown by the guy making the orders. The yelling didnt help either...Not happy. Only gave 2 stars because of the discount given
I ordered a Big Box online which was quick and easy! You really get your money's worth with what's included. I was a tad disappointed because I ordered the Garlic Buttery Blend crust on one of the pizzas but did not receive that. Service in store was a bit on the slow side even with the amount of staff on hand. As a new business, you should probably be greeting your customers as they walk in the door with minimum wait time. Other than that, I'll totally be returning!
This pizza hut has repeatedly either messed my order up, lost it, or had me waiting 3x as long. I have yet to have a good experience. I started going to Linden NJ for service and it's always great. I tried going back once more today and have decided, that's it, no more! They won't even answer the phone. I'm really upset with the poor service I have gotten so regularly from them. Recommend going elsewhere.
The food was ready when I went to pick it up. The parking lot is small, and was full at the time, so I had to park on the side street. No biggie. It wasn't a far walk, but then you're subjected to stand in a tight space with a ton of people.
