3 stars all only for customer service. Staff was very friendly but got my order wrong twice.. : I ordered with App. App says Delivery not available in your area, hence had to pick up. When reached home they had the toppings wrongs. I called them, they said they will deliver a fresh on for me. When delivery received, the pizza was not baked or something, the topping and sauce were all over the box, as shown in picture below. Called and they asked for proff, when I share the photo, they credited me for free pizza in future. Hence the 3 stars for customer service and -2 for No Food.. : May be this is one time event, will update the comments if I have a better experience next time. Also, they do deliver no matter what app says. Better to call. Updated: tried for the second time, still the same. The pizza with Alfredo sauce was all over the box and when I showed them they were like the person might have put too much Alfredo sauce. I have been eating the same for years and never had this problem. Won't try it again here!!
Bad customer service. They hang up on you when they don’t want to deal with questions. Several times in the past they have forgotten toppings that I paid for. Waited 1 hour and a half for 2 medium pies. Tracker showed they skipped my delivery for last by delivering to several locations around my address except me.. probably due to previous complaints I made to them. Pizza was delivered cold. When it comes to this location.. you’re better off anywhere else.

The pizza’s usually fine, but the place takes forever to get here. Me and my sister ordered a pizza at 10 pm. And apparently it’s taking over fourty minutes just for the guy to bring us our pizza. Keep in mind, we don’t even live far from Domino’s anyways, so why is taking THIS long to get the food delivered to us? You guys need to fix your services because you guys take forever to give pizza for literally no reason and make ur customers wait for forever.
I ordered pizza and a 2-liter sprite. It took my order an hour to arrive to my house. When the delivery guy arrived with the food he came with a 2-liter coca-cola. I told the guy I ordered a sprite and he said “we didn’t have sprite”. Very unprofessional because he should’ve called my number and explained the situation to me. Then he handed me the receipt and told me to leave a tip which I didn’t have cash I paid with my card. I proceeded to explain to him that I don’t have cash and he rudely said “Just sign the receipt”. I then signed the receipt and he snatched the receipt from my hand looked at me and balled the receipt. It made me feel uncomfortable and it was very rude.
Review 1: Pizza was delicious and they almost gave me extra 2 pies, but I was honest enough to mention I only ordered 1. It was tasty and properly cooked. Review 2: so another time I ordered a local pick up, I was a bit disappointed at their service. My order was marked ready, so I stepped to the counter, and the manager said wait another few minutes. I saw my order was ready, another worker cut the pie and placed it on the shelf. So I told the manager to check that one, as it looked like mine. He ignored my words, had me stand there for about 10 min, until line prep guy asked my name, checked the order and voila, there was the same order I mentioned. So changing my 5 star to 3 star only for the manager’s carelessness.
Terrible, ordered my food at 930pm tonight Saturday and the app showed that it was still being prepped at 11pm. So I came into the store and the food wasn’t even being made yet because they were busy. They were out of sodas as well. The lady then canceled my order and put it in the system for take out and I had to pay again. Worst dominos I ever been too hands down
After 2 hrs Cold pizza they want to give store credit for my next order ? For what to go trough the same experience again? Ask for refund people they may need to pay drivers better !
worst pizza makers in town don't go to this place. they charge you money and give you almost burnt pizza and then show attitude and say what's wrong with the pizza. they don't deserve a single star. employee are even more worst. at cash register.
Pizza was tasty staff is. Ok but wait period is longer than expected I was in the store the put the box in the rack but inform me after 5 minutes , I am standing infront of the counter that means ???
