We had their new $16.99 Large Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza and it was delicious! The combination of the toppings was packed with flavour and went really well together. I recommend giving this a try. Customer service was dry... no smile and no greetings. But at least she did her job well. The pizza maker took care in curating the pizza orders - I really appreciated his work: size and thickness of the pizza was on point; great portion of toppings spread throughout; finalized with nice and even baking. Our walk-in order was ready with appropriate waiting time. This is a small restaurant with a counter by the window to stand and eat. Plenty of free parking at the plaza as well.
Horrible is the best way to describe it. Pretty sure they staff gave me old Pizza even I was like first customer ever to walk in. Pretty sure the pizza was from the day before and just warmed it up. The pizza tasted very bitter, dry and with a cardboard texture. Staff were not really helpful when I asked some questions about the menu, they were not interested or passionate about the brand nor the pizzas. Definitely will not be returning this branch.
Would not recommend this location. I drove 25 minutes and arrived at 11:20pm and google and the door said they close at 12am when i proceeded to walk in and place an order they told me they’re closing. I asked do they closed regularly at 11:20 and they said no I’m not sure why but today they are closing and would not be able to serve me. My girlfriend then proceeded to call in and try to place an order and they said yes they can definitely take the order. I’m not sure if this was blatant discrimination but this is not how a business should conduct themselves.
Came here the other day for lunch and had a veggie slice and I must admit it was good as the ingredients are fresh and not to mention reasonably priced. So if you need a change on pizza and want to skip the big pizza franchises then give the small independent places a chance as you would be surprised on the quality.
They sent us watered down pizza and burnt bread sticks and raw potatoe wedges and this is unacceptable. Ginos pizza has really drop their quality of food and this location should be shut down for having such low quality control. We called to ask them we want a new order and they said "that's how we prepare our food sir".
Every time I come there around 3 and 4 PM they never have slices of pizza it's annoying. Vegetarian options: They never have slices of pizza

Today October 14th, 2022. The girl on cash was not friendly at all. She didn't care to be helpful. After we paid, i see her scratching her head and playing with her hair then go on to help the pizza maker put toppings on pizzas with her not just bare hands but without washing. No one is wearing gloves or hair nets. One guy dropped the pizza flipper on the floor and just picked it up and reused it. We will not go back there again. It's disgusting!
