I'm not entirely sure the staff has been trained very well when it comes to managing phone calls. I was on hold for 20 minutes, gave up and called back and was answered immediately, which has happened twice now. The pizza is okay.
Everytime I order pizza it is undercooked and made subpar. Today my pizza was undercooked and missing pieces out of the crust like a small child took several bites before it was delivered. It's weird looking and unappreciated on my end. Just all around bad pizza. Pizza Hut what happened to you??
The staff are very polite and positive. Food always looks and tastes good.

Poor service. Poor quality food. Overpriced. Slow. Cold pizza. Not sure why I even considered giving them another chance. Won't be back. Pizza hut in other cities is much better.
