Disappointed. Ordered a Giant for $35 thought we would take some home but barely fed me and my kids... It's a big 18" pan but the pizza is so much smaller.. barely 15" The pizza was good but we won't be coming back. Any other place in town has better value.
So, maybe when you go in, it's good? I'll never know. ‍ But Doordash's orders are horrible. This pizza was inedible. And Doordash gave me my money back. I really wanted to give this a shot, but even looking at the pizza when I opened the box, took my appetite away. I paid for extra cheese and they literally dumped cheddar cheese on the top and called it good. As if it was an afterthought. Whatever happened to Mozzarella? After this fiasco, I ordered from Papa Pete’s, which is what I have been doing for since moving to Longview 4 years ago after trying every pizza joint in Longview, Papa Pete’s is edible. Not the best you’ve ever eaten if you’re a pizza lover, but it won't make you mad. Except for the price And yes whenever I'm further south buying pizza and bringing it home is a thing.
Hands down the best pizza in town. Crispy crust, great toppings. Really the best in the county. The only caviat...the staff treated us like we were bothering them. Quite literally Sasha behind the register was glaring at us. No smile, no welcome. Just 'what do you want' and 'no we don't do that after 3'. Next time we won't be eating in, but getting it to go.
My mind wants to compare to when I was a kid, over 50 years ago so it's hard to explain. The food is exceptional and is just as it used to be originally...great sauce, crispy crust not soft and gooey. My favorite pizza, nobody else compares! I'm a little old for balloons so not having them anymore is OK, but I do miss the player piano.
I'm really grateful for this place! The atmosphere is rustic and comfortable. The people are very, very helpful. I have an allergy to nightshades and they were able to make me a pizza that was delicious and safe to eat!Food: 5/5
The space is good, accommodating The pizza and salads are yummy, just be very specific about what you want, crust, toppings etc. Pricey. Service great! TV's all around. They need to add chicken wings. We had a kid that did not like toppings only cheese and wanted chicken wings, but they don't serve those. Bummer. He ate too much bread that day. There's the mini golf next door. So play and go eat after, or vise versa. Parking: Not numbered About 15-20 spaces plus street.
This pizza place is my absolute favorite! Any time I come to Longview, it's a must stop for me. Holds so many happy memories and nostalgia for my family, and the pizza is hands down the best I've ever had.Food: 5/5
Do they even use real cheese anymore? Really sad pizzas with a cheese blend that reminds you of white Cheez Whiz. The sauce was flavorless. My poor neighbor got the runs after eating there. I took activated charcoal knowing what I ingested just wasn't quite right. We won't be trying THAT again. Ew! Just EW!
Pie Trio's is the same great pizza we grew up with. Thin crust that is not quite cracker thin but not heavy and doughie. Good sauces and quality toppings. Still my favorite pizza place in town. Parking: New mini putt putt range set up right next door for a very fun family and friends activity. Could be a fun dinner and golf game for any family. Wheelchair accessibility: Course looked to be ada compliant
Pizza is good if you like a crisp crust and they have a decent salad bar. Make sure you go during the week so you can take advantage of their lunch specials. We spent $43 not including tip for a small combination pizza, 2 salads and 2 drinks on a Saturday. Probably not going back on a weekend.
