Pizza was basically raw. See pictures below. I shouldn’t have to take home my already cooked pizza and re cook it. It took 20 minutes for them to make me a raw pizza?! We weren’t going to get fast food but I just got over the flu after just getting over Covid and I’m forking tired! Fork that shirt I won’t come here again. Or make it right and I’ll fix my review.
Horrible customer service. I ordered delivery directly through Little Caesars and was delivered the wrong order. I was then told to come in and bring the incorrect order in to get my original order. Once I was there I disregarded as they grabbed the incorrect order and gave me my order that was still in the warmer. No sorry for the inconvenience, no trying to make it right that I had paid for delivery and had to come in anyway. I felt so mortified at the customer service.
This place deserves no stars and no business! Worse customer service. Literally called for over an hour, and no answer. Drive to the store, thinking their phones are down…call them while standing in store and the phone rings and rings and they plain ignore the phones. Walked out, they don’t deserve our business.
I love the pepperoni deep dish pizza And ofcourse can't forget the crazy bread.thats all I ever get. I wish that would bring back the bacon deep dish pizza,kinda of expensive but worth it, and it could be a bit bigger if it ever come back.Food: 5/5
Foods good, took awhile but they were busy. Not sure how it works with the health codes but still would recommend employees vaping in the kitchen.
Place is dirty, the workers are dirty. Ready to go pizza left out on the counters to get cold.
I don’t have an issue with the product, or the cleanliness of the facility, that was fine and didn’t appear dirty. I have an issue with the extremely rude woman who works at the counter and the fact that nobody was wearing a mask. No matter what your political opinion is, you should be wearing them especially working with other peoples food. For the reason alone I won’t be back. The second reason is the person mentioned above. I’ve encountered her twice and she was nasty both times. She ignored me looked right through me to help the person behind me who came in after me, didn’t say a word. At least acknowledge your customer who is at the counter and if you need to help someone else first then okay. I don’t have issues with that. To literally speak to me like I am putting you out and my mere existence just angers you for ordering pizza, that I am picking up myself, please. Get over yourself.
My opinion on this is, most of the employees are like crackheads. They can never listen nor take orders properly. Also, they eat and munch on side pizzas while making customers.I’ve seen this on multiple occasions.
Definitely not my idea of a good pizza greasy beyond a reasonable doubt
Hubby & I have been going to this Little Caesars for several years now, and are rarely disappointed. This time we ordered thru their app. And all went smoothly. We ordered the new Calzoney w/Pepperoni. It was delicious!!! It tasted wonderful, the crust was nice and tender and buttery, and there was plenty of cheese & Pepperoni. It comes with a side of Crazy sauce, which is also quite tasty...it's actually REAL GOOD! It fed 2 hungry adults just fine, but if you have hungry kids....you might want to get 2. I'd highly recommend this location of Little Caesars to anyone in the area. I know we'll be going back real soon.
