Pizza House

After pondering all day on what to eat on my one night a week splurge I just wanted pizza and wings both were delicious and worth every penny.Food: 5/5

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place has gone down hill drastically. The pizza taste like cardboard, it’s truly disappointing. Either they no longer care or they changed their recipe. It’s really pathetic and the customer services is trash as well. Gus the original owner God rest his soul would be extremely disappointed at how this establishment is ran right now. Shape up or go out of business. Everyone should go to Kimberly since that’s Gus’ nephew anyways.

My daughter does her HAPPY DANCE every time she comes back in town to get her sausage pizza from Pizza House! She has traveled to the east coast, midwest, and the west coast. NEVER has she found a great tasting pizza ANYWHERE. I grew up going to this restaurant, over 30 years. I like that the large pizzas are cut in squares. My young nephews also enjoy the sausage pizza. The dining area is comfortable. Individual pizza slices are available in addition to sandwiches. Take out option is also available.

Absolutely loveeeee Pizza House. I love New York pizza but every time I visit New Haven it’s a MUST HAVE! Fav is pepperoni! We always eat in, nice cute place never crowded but a minute never goes by without someone picking up an order cause it’s soo good! Great service :

Truly excellent pizza! Top notch ingredients, full of flavor. Thin crust cooked well, the way I like it.

Nice little hole in the wall spot for late night eats. Not sure whats up with all the 1 star reviews, everyone was nice, and the prices are reasonable in comparison to other New Haven pizza spots

HORRIBLE customer service! I was hung up in my face for asking how I can minimize the price for a large pizza with topics of my choosing. I called back asking for help in regards to the employee that hung up on me for asking that very valid question, & I was blatantly ignored because all that mattered was me telling them my order. Howe Street pizza will NEVER get another penny from me

Worst pizza ever way to much oil

If i could give a zero i would , absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. This was my first experience with them and i called to find out if they deliver, was told no and then hung up on in my face while asking another question. When i called back a second time the man pretended not to understand me and hung up in my face again. I called a third time asking for a manager and explained im a first time customer and I'm not aware of what they offer with no menu online available and how i was just trying to order he then proceeded to hang up agin on my face. Unbelievable will never get a dime of my money ever. To many pizza places in CT to not have the basic service of a business in the business of serving people.

It is the worst place in town. After he ate his pizza, my son had severe stomach pains
