The pizza is pathetic. Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star.  The attached images are supposedly of a speciality pizza fiery buffalo chicken, worth 22 bucks value. But there is no buffalo sauce, hardly any chicken, so less cheese that you can see the pizza dough base and very thin pizza base. It tastes just as terrible as it looks.  The store manager is very rude, made no attempt to resolve the issue unlike other pizza companies, slammed the phone after saying that they can't do anything and to contact the app from where it was ordered. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering food from Papa John's again.  The store denied refund.  This is run by people, who traditionally, do not have good reputation. Watch video. You will understand.

I ordered two pizzas with no cheese for carryout, only to get home and realize they had cheese. This is a small problem for my lactose intolerant stomach, so I called the store to ask for new pizzas. But, the manager said I would need to bring the pizzas back before they would make new ones or give me a refund.  My partner walked the mile back to Papa John’s in the rain without this last piece of knowledge or the cheesy pizzas, and while she was on her way, the manager called me back demanding to know that I was bringing the pizzas back. He asked for my address so he could send a delivery driver to recover the cheesy pizzas. I told him that it’s illegal and definitely unethical to resell them, but he would not be deterred.  When my partner arrived at the store, the manager asked her where the old pizzas were and would absolutely not solve the problem in any way. On the assumption that it was to ensure the pizzas were discarded to prevent people from scamming them for free food?, she asked them if she could come back tomorrow, since it would be another 40 minutes before she could get the pizzas there anyways. The manager said no! With the explicit reason that the pizzas tomorrow would have to be thrown out and getting them back today meant he could still earn back the money from selling them!  This was after an hour, and it would take another half hour for her to get the pizzas back. After reading the other reviews, I’m not surprised to find another 2 reviews referencing the severe health code violation, and it could even explain some of the accounts of pizzas taking hours to get delivered and being cold on arrival.  So, after 2 round trips to Papa John’s, I have 0 edible pizzas, and none of my money back. All in all, a solid 0/10 customer experience.   Vegetarian options: Ordered a mushroom pizza and found pieces of sausage in it - I am a vegan! Not cool.  Dietary restrictions: Did not honor my request for no cheese I am lactose intolerant

Worst pizza ever. I ordered ahead and the pizza was cold. Also the pizza was so soggy that I couldn't even hold it with my hand. All the toppings fell off as soon as I grabbed the piece. Dont waste your money.

Pizza OK but barbecue chicken poppers dry and hard plus a drop of sauce on each and the garlic parm breadsticks no flavor the cheese sauce like diet margarine for real

Very fast service, I ordered online , my only complaint the pizza and the poppers isn’t hot just a little bit. Maybe they have the pizza already made it .

It's absolutely horrible. The food took forever and everything was cold when we received it. I called the store and the guy that answered hung up on me. It unprofessional and just tacky they don't care about the quality of food they're selling.

We like cheese crust so we traveled 12 miles to get it from papa John Great  piza lots of cheese  Parking: Not easy to park there were only a few spaces but the pizza was excellent

The pizza is tasty, the coffee too, but the interior could do with renovation - everything looks shabby and tired of life... I won't even say a word about the children's corner! It's so filthy! You'd better remove it altogether if you don't keep it clean.

First time I ordered over the phone a  large epic pepperoni pizza with pepperoni and cheese in the crust. A special for $15.00. 7/23/22 Friday  I was in papa Johns and ordered a large epic pizza  with cheese and pepperoni in the crust. I paid $20.00 and the pizza looked like a medium pizza and there was only cheese in the crust.
