Pizza Bagel Cafe

Do not recommend. I ordered bagel bennies for my partner and I along with their cinnamon bun banut bagel donut and the bear-berry bannock and some bagel cheese dip. The bagel bennies were slapped together with so little disregard for the food it was offensive. One egg was entirely over cooked and the other was moderately gelled. The hollandaise was lightly buttered on a non-toasted bagel, and the best partsarcasm; slimy spinach and a whole tomato stem! Pictures attached. The cinnamon buns were burnt and not edible, and the bannock was so hard I had difficulty cutting it with a sharp chef knife. Big laugh at the cheese bagel dip, it's 100% a scoop of tostitos cheese dip in an old plastic cover. Avoid or order with extreme caution.

Worst experience ever. The cake slice that I ordered was moldy and the bagel I ordered wasn’t even warm enough. I tried calling the store a couple of times but barely any response. So i end up ordering somewhere else. Won’t recommend at all, total wastage of money.

I had high hopes for this place and I like trying small cafes or mom and pop shops, but this was a disappointment. The taste was fine and the bagel itself was enjoyable, but it was slapped together extremely poorly. Ordered 2 of the Local Benny Bagels. One of the bagel had a poached egg that was so overdone the yolk was powdery. The other bagel had an ok egg, which wasn't runny but at least it wasn't like the first one. The tomato wasn't even a full slice and it included the core and stem part of the tomato. Between 2 bagel sandwiches, it wasn't even a total of a single slice. I even bit into a small chunk of bacon. My order doesn't even have bacon! I'm not sure if the person was having a bad day while making this order but it felt personal. I did ask for hollandaise on the side and they followed that instruction though. Hopefully they do better because there is potential, but I'm not sure if it was just an angry cook working in the kitchen and the owners don't know about it.

Food is so atrociously bad that I threw it away a few minutes after getting it delivered. Got a cake slice which was moldy and bagel was soggy in the middle.Food: 1/5
