It’s been a while, but I had to share my experience with Pita Pit Elmsdale , Canada — a place that still holds a special place in my heart.nnThere’s a young guy working there now — truly hardworking, respectful, and focused. He manages everything so calmly and serves with genuine effort. It’s always a smooth experience when he’s around — really appreciate his dedication.nnBut what I miss most is the sweet girl who used to work there — She had such a warm personality and always made customers feel welcome. The pita she made had something special — maybe it was the care she put into it, maybe just her energy. I still remember the taste.nnI’ve had pita from many places, but the experience at this store has always been different — more personal, more thoughtful.nThis store stands out because of the care and consistency. Thank you to the whole team for keeping the standard so high!

A customer of mine got me a gift card to pita pit. I should have given it away. Walk in and the two people at the counter are clearly miserable. Tables all pulled out of booths and the booth seats all torn to shreds. The guy at the cash looked somewhere else every time I tried to speak to him and didn’t know how to ring in my gift card. The woman comes over and says nothing and plugs in the scanner and rings me in. No one asked me if I wanted veggies on the grill. I wait my turn and when I ask if there’s vegetables on the grille the two workers start speaking to each other in a language I do not know. Then the woman throws a handful of green peppers on the grille and said “yep” and asks me again what I want. Seconds later I guess the veggies are done super fast and I get my pita made up. Then she sweeps the counter multiple times with it before asking me if I wanted it toasted. In the meantime the other employee has started sweeping right on top of me. I don’t know why or how they’re still open.

Horrible value for money. Worst pita pit I’ve ever been to. I eat at Pita Pit all the time but the portions here are half of what you normally get elsewhere. Do not waste your money.

This place is a go to if your looking to eat healthy! Love that they have booths to sit in. Very friendly staff! Mandeep is very nice, I always have great conversations with her, she makes my pita perfect everytime and in a time efficient way.

I recently visited Pita Pit and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Kirat! He crafted a delicious falafel wrap that was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. Not only was the food outstanding, but Kirat’s friendly and engaging demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. My friend also loved his falafel wrap and couldn’t stop raving about it. I highly recommend asking for Kirat when you visit Pita Pit—he truly elevates the experience! I’ll definitely be spreading the word to other customers
