$17 for greasy overcooked fries and 5 strips of chicken.. no drink mind you..930pm.. don't come near closing. Worst A&W I've ever had.
So EXPENSIVE now. Over $50 for 3 combos. Considering fountain pop is weak, potatoes and onions are inexpensive sides. The burgers are good but not THAT special. Service is the minimum as it is a drive through.
I waited for my order to be taken when though there were no cars ahead of me then I had to wait again at the window only to get cold, oily soggy onion rings with no seasoning salt, and a cold burger.nguy at window was only taking one order at a time and cars were lining up behind me. seems like they just don't care.
Three girls working were not only hard to understand but fought over who was going to prepare my order. I won't go back. Very unprofessional even with the manager on site.
Not very impressed by the service. My 1st time to the one of the franchise. Place looked clean. well maintained. But the male employee working there is too fast to listen to what the customer wants. Poor listening skills. I ordered beef and chicken and i ended up getting all beef. He complimented with a chicken burger though which wasnt upto the one that i ordered. For namesake with less stuffings. I got finger fries instead of Onion rings. He seems very careless. They have a microphone kind of thing on their heads i wonder what for????????? Not everyone visiting knows whats being served there and also A&W should try making an order easy instead of going by those fancy papa mama and whatever. It makes 1st timers nervous and wastes time . It can simple as Small, medium and large with single double or triple layered meat. Make it simple so that people like me wont end up getting nervous as people waiting behind me might get offended.nnFood was good. no complaints. Never returning to your franchise again though.
