Pistachio Pie Bakery

This is a cant miss spot if you're visiting rapid city. These pies are seriously sophisticated. Not just sugar bombs for the sake of being sweet. The technique and presentation is on par with what you'd find in a big city. We tried the namesake Pistachio Pie and ate every last crumb.

We tried the pistachio, blueberry and banana cream pie. Best in town! Not overly sweet and I can taste the freshness of the ingredients!

The pies are of superior quality. Lauren understands to have a great tasting banana pie you need to use bananas that are ripe, the black bottomed banana pie is delish! We will make many return trips.

I've had the pleasure of sampling many of the pies. My absolute favorite is the postachio, but key Lime was a close second. I don't think there's a wrong choice at Pistachio Pie Bakery. All pies made from scratch!
