Had to replace our pool pump in a bit of a hurry - the parts technician took the time to listen to our needs and explained the HP we needed for our large pool. I bought a salt cell for a swimming pool from Piscine Rive Nord Terrebonne la Pinière for $1000. I noticed that there was a crack in the bottom of the cell that did not seem to be important to me. Piscine Rive Nord assured me that all these parts were guaranteed. When the summer was over, I put everything back as is with the small crack when reopening the pool. I had to buy salt and I said to myself, I'm still going to show the crack to the parts department and surprise... the sales clerks told me that it was no longer good and that I had to buy a new cell for $1000 but told me that there was a warranty. 1st email, no response. 2nd email, no response. Several phone calls to be told we'll look at it and receive an email that tells you there is no warranty on the cell. Piscine Rive Nord should be avoided because they do not keep their commitments and allow themselves to accuse their customers of liars. thank you very much I will pass the message to all my friends and neighbors of the situation that I have just experienced and undergone. Service and customer service is very very good. The prices are decent, not overly expensive, similar to other pool stores. Location is nice, new, clean and the service is truly exceptional. This is my go-to place.
