Atelier Specialise Les Moulins

It's supposed to be a re-insertion job into a Nonprofit organization. The minute you get in it feels and seems like they use their entity to make it a business out of that. The head boss is an abusive talker that has no clue what he's doing. There's a lot of people with issues there or ex drug addicts or even ex prisoners. Getting yelled names and always being picked on in such a negative matter isn't the best way to re-instate them. Frankly the work environment is toxic. I saw them send a little girl home because she was shy. They told her you are too ''FRAGILE'' go home. They slacked her. Without a job. That's the spirit of a re-insertion job? Way to go. There's nothing more shameful than to see a 56 yr old lady asking the right to use the bathroom. Yes it really happens everyday there.
