I went to fill my tire. I added a dollar which the machine took and didn’t show I had added one. A girl who works here came out and I guess she was cleaning something outside, I told her what happened and she wasn’t understanding what I was saying, I told her I put a loonie in and it’s not showing I did, she starts laughing and saying “ it’s $2 no loonie” I said “ no but it shows I can put loonies in” she got up and walked away. I think it’s just interesting that you have people working for you who cannot comprehend what you’re trying to say/wont refund a dollar when the machine clearly states it takes loonies. I guess a gas station is a gas station and people will always need gas so lol they just hire whomever regardless of their lack of customer service skills.
Gas theft, after filling my gas tank, I noticed that the distance to empty reading was 100 kilometers less than usual. the pumps have been tampered with for gas theft.
What's the point of having self service when nothing ever works and you are forced to go inside each time to do anything. From paying to getting a receipt. Update your stuff or lose customers
