I paid for the premium car wash, which clearly says rims and tires are cleaned. After the wash, my rims and tires were still dirty with mud see photo.nnWhen I pointed this out, the owner was rude and unhelpful. Not worth paying extra.nI would not recommend this location.
Rating for customer service only ! I found the staff at the gas station very helpful . I had an issue with the car wash at another Petro Canada and they told me to go to another petro car wash . I came to this one and i didn’t get his name but the Indian guy with glasses, black hair, and a slight beard was very helpful with ensuring my car tires were properly aligned on the conveyor belt track so it would pull me through properly . I had no issues in the car wash and it came out very clean premium/ advanced car wash.
Very disappointing experience.nThe car wash at the Petro-Canada located at Sandalwood & Main Street is closed 5 out of 7 days during evening commute hours. Every time I ask, I’m given a different excuse, which is frustrating and unprofessional.nWhat’s the point of buying a season pass for a car wash close to home if it’s rarely open when people actually need it?nTo make matters worse, the customer service is poor and there is never a manager available to speak to when issues are raised.nOverall, not worth the money or the hassle for this location.
The car wash is disgusting I will never go bad or recommend it to anyone I was sooo disappointed
I had a very bad experience with this car wash. The service was poor and my car was not cleaned properly. When I requested a rewash, they refused.nnThe staff member named Patel was very rude and unprofessional in her behavior, which made the situation even worse.nnVery disappointing service overall. I would not recommend this place.
