Washed my car here a second time today March 1, 2022 around 11 10 am. After it came out of the wash I noticed soap on my side window so I got out to check. This has happened before too but I disregarded it giving benefit of the doubt and that perhaps it was a one off occurrence. Today when I checked the car, there were clear soap suds left everywhere. I went in to the station and advised the lady on duty. Told her the car had a lot of soap on it and didn't wash properly. Her response was: you don't know to wash a car, you touched something and messed the sensor, you did something to your steering wheel or touched brake and it stopped working. A I've been getting cars washed for over 15 years, I know to follow directions, put it in neutral and let the wash do its thing. B the response was rude, judgemental, unfriendly and unacceptable. I asked the lady for her name which she did not provide. I also asked her to refund my car wash money or give me another wash, so I can at the very least just rinse the soap off. Her answer was that other people's cars are doing though fine and I stopped the sensors/car wash parts and messed it up. She eventually gave me a new car wash code. I took the car through again and there was still soap on it. This has been a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend a car wash here unless one is okay with mediocre service and even worse resolution from the staff, including being accused of not knowing how to operate own vehicle, going through a wash, or messing up the car wash. Absolutely unnecessary behaviour.
Machines doesnt have printer!, washroom is outside. Ask from the cashier!! Store might need some renovation!
This gas station has got a touch car wash that seems to be in a working condition more than the one on Steeles and Dixie. The brushes are a bit rougher in this one though.nIn the winter, the carwash exit can melt and be rather slippery. Car can slip on dry ice when leaving the carwash, caution is advisable.nThere are parking spots and a vacuum in this gas station in addition to the carwash.
Prepayment for car washes at Petro Canada comprised without explanation. Unused tickets showing expired without explanation or compensation. Terrible customer service both by the attendant and the Manager who wouldn’t show their face. Something shady going on there. A complete ripoff.
The Lady at the station was behaving like she was doing some kind of favour of giving the gas in free. Really disappointed with the service.She is getting paid for the customer service & she should learn how to do that.
