I’ve been with Jessica this time, before this Charlotte. Attention to clients preferences: 1  they ask me if I approve the nail shape, is it up to my standards, re-do the nails if needed they refer you to the right person if you want specific designs/drawings 2 they work with cruelty-free supplies 3 they’re flexible with timings 4 they have a loyalty programme 5 nail polish is long lasting for BYOB + gel, doesn’t peel off at the edges I used BYOB - finally my nails grow, the nail polish doesn’t peel off writhing a week, my nails grow so fast I need to visit every 3 weeks. I had my first Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage today with Hannah, which I absolutely loved especially as it was so wonderful, blissful as well as divine! Secondly it was so wonderful seeing you again Hannah and you were so spectacular from start to finish especially as you made me feel so calm as well as at ease. Plus the bed was so comfortable! Also Hannah your so wonderfully lovely just like all the other girls are as well and your an absolute credit to Pinky’s Beauty! I’ve honestly got to say that Pinky’s Beauty is one of the best Salons that I’ve ever been too! And the service was again spectacular and Katie has done such an utterly 5* job since she started Pinky’s Beauty 2 years ago and I really hope Katie that you win Kent Business Woman of the Year again! I got express builder tips, and honestly was the best experience I've ever had being in a beauty salon. I showed what I was thinking and Becky who did my nails was amazing and sis them justice. I have not had my nails done in such a long time and now I will be going regularly. Such a warm and welcoming environment, all the staff are lovely and kind and accommodate to all needs which made going so much easier! I felt so much at ease, as I have some health issues, but they were great at supporting to allow for the appointment with adjustments. Honestly not a bad word could be said. Very very impressed and will 100% be going back and also recommending to others.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I normally have a tint & wax on my brows one a month, which is always just right for me as I am an older lady but at my latest appointment there was an offer in the salon of gel toes for only £15.00, I had a bit of spare time so I took up the offer. It was an unexpected treat and with two cups of tea. Becky was my therapist for both treatments, I have not had her before but she was great. This was my first visit and I took my four year old niece for a manicure and nail polish for the first time. Katie was fantastic, so friendly and bubbly and so much fun. She made my niece and my sister and I feel so welcome. My niece absolutely loved it she was made to feel so special. We were all very impressed and will definitely be back! Highly recommend! I have visited pinkys a few times now, I went for a consultation and ended up booking 2 amazing treatment packages, because they was such good deals, too good to miss. So I've experienced a few extra things that I wouldn't usually treat myself to. I've had fat freezing, non surgical face and bum lift and a facial! All have been absolutely divine, done by a few different ladies and all have been really kind and make you feel comfortable. Receptionists are lovely, the salon is really clean, tidy and spacious. I absolutely love going to Pinkys for all my hair and beauty treatments, I’m always treated so well by all the staff, a warm welcome and they truly do make you feel special, the treatments are all first class and carried out with professionalism but also never any issues or inferior products. I’ve been a Pinkys customer since they opened and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair or my body! My daughters are also Pinkys customers too now due to the care they’ve been given over the last few years. I had my hair highlighted, cut and blow dry with Sarah and couldn't fault her or the other hairdressers. It's a small venue which suits me perfectly, and they where all very helpful, accommodating and kind. Sarah was so helpful and patient and went above and beyond. I will be a regular customer and highly recommend them all
