Had the BEST experience at pinkberry at the bayshore mall location thanks to Sephora. She has amazing customer service skills and definitely deserves a raise. We gave her a $5 tip - need more people like her on this earth.
I was disappointed at their toppings and frozen yogurt flavours. There aren’t many options to pick. Otherwise I loved and enjoyed my craving of frozen yogurt.

I've always had 5 star experiences at Pinkberry Bayshore.
It's exactly what you would expect. Frozen yogurt and toppings. Having said that I'm always surprised with home many toppings they put on. It's always consistent and the staff have always been friendly.
Love this Fro-yo so much! Not overly sweet, which I love.
This is my second time being at Pinkberry in Bayshore. The frozen yogurt is good, but the bubble waffles which are new were overcooked on the outside and too doughy on the inside.
