Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream

I custom ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday but when I arrived to pick it up, it hadn’t been made. They asked if I could come back in 90 minutes but I had driven almost 30 minutes specifically to get this cake so I said no. Then they did the 5-star thing and said they would deliver it! Mistakes are going to happen but how a business handles their errors speaks volumes. It appeared to be the owner who hand delivered it on time and it was made beautifully not rushed or slapped together as was my fear. It tasted even better. So again, they earned my 5 stars at this location!

This is my favorite place to get icecream They have lots of different flavors. My flavor is chocolate cookie dough. Friendly and courteous service!

Loved the experience. The girl working was sweet and friendly. I didn’t expect the scoops to be that huge I got Mint Chocolate Chip and Mango Tango! They were very very delicious

I am already a fan of BR ice creams and i believe Harrison at prince of wales/meadowlands location is so amazing and a real asset to the store . Kuddos to him for Such a wonderful customer service.

I go to this location every so often and the staff are always extremely friendly. Never had a bad experience and of course, their ice cream always hits.

I came at 10 they denied to take my order saying they are closed. While they were taking orders for other customers. Their website timing and store board timings say they are open till 11pm. This is not the 1st time . It is the 3rd time. Avoid going to this baskin robins. There are customers inside and store board says open but they still deny service. Very disappointing and rude service. Feels like the Asian guy is racist when he sees indian. Just don’t understand when the board says open. Google says open. Store closing timing is 11pm. How is it closed. Even when we requested one scoop they replied very rudely. Never coming back here

Awesome staff, super helpful. Extremely clean store. Plus Jamocha Almond Fudge is literally an unbearable flavour sensation.

Overpriced ice cream that is not worth it! $15 for 2 small cones. Might as well go to mcdonalds! ITs good if you want specific flavours. Also service not great. They make you feel bad when you want to decide on flavours.
