Pink Gorilla

Oh goodness, this place is amazing! Where to start...lovely beer selection, the vegan pink gorilla pizza tasted like an awesome Reuben sandwich, and the owner and staff are all super friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Pink Gorilla Pizzeria enough. Their prices were perfectly reasonable for the quality and service you get, and I'll definitely be back.

This was our first time ordering from this local pizzeria. The toppings were impressive and abundant, the flavours were unique, and the crust was really fluffy, and it was a great texture that we were not expecting. The small is a perfect size for 2 people, and the larger was enough for 4 people. The wings were small, and we wouldn’t necessarily order them again for the price we paid. We got the Pink Gorilla and the Tricksy Taco pizzas. We look forward to trying the other flavours one day!

We absolutely loved having Pink Gorilla Pizzeria cater our wedding rehearsal dinner! All our guests were raving about the Pizzas. Asking where the restaurant was in the city and what all the options were. Everyone was talking about the unique and delicious flavors and variety available. Asking each other which one they were trying and which other one they were trying next. It actually became a great talking point for the guests and one that left everyone excited and smiling. We had guests from the United States talking about the pizza as well stating how great it was and hoping to grab more when they came back to visit. They were disappointed it was only available locally as they couldn't get the unique flavors back home. Not only were the Pizzas delicious and appreciated, the guests were shocked at the size of the amazing chicken wings and the flavors of sauces that accompanied them. The garlic Knots were also being talked about and the salad was really refreshing. The price for all of it was also greatly appreciated by my wife and I. Kara provided a variety of options to help us select an option that worked for the rehearsal size were having with numerous appetizer options as well. The delivery was handled perfectly, right on time and everything still hot. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pink Gorilla Pizzeria's food, catering and staff. They are amazingly easy to talk to, work with, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for catering 11 out 10 is how we would rate it. They catered our wedding rehearsal!! Will definitely be buying from them again in the future. Pizza 11 out of 10, Service 100 out of 10, kindness unmeasurable. Thank you for making one of the special moments in our life an extremely amazing one.

Came in here with my wife for a date night on a Friday. The place had good vibes and really cool graffiti all over the restaurant. We ordered the vegan poutine pizza and another vegan pizza. At first we were hesitant when we ordered the poutine pizza, but boy were we glad we did. Both pizzas were sooooo good!! Service was great and our appetite was satisfied. Will definitely be back.

Really cool little place. Pizza was very big. Love the vibes here. Order was a little slow to come out but everything else was great.

Changing my review... Molly Jones is great tasting but the presentation wasn't that great, but still my favourite. Tandoori chicken is not that great looking or tasting. Thank you for making Pizzas with healthy options.

Drop in anytime for a good pizza & craft beer !! The owner Kara Deringer and the chef Kaytlyn are absolutely amazing, welcoming, and definitely put a lot of heart into their business! My go to pizza spot in my area. Ordered quite a few times now. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Pizza is always flavorful and delish. On one occasion I had to wait a couple extra minutes for an order, and then another time there was a technical issue with the ordering app- no big deal. and both times a staff member went out of their way to add a little something extra in a dine in coupon /a side of garlic twists without me having to even ask. The small gestures to go the extra mile when things don’t go 100% to plan are appreciated and will keep me coming back.

I ordered a couple of pizzas, a 10” Spicy Gingered Beef and a 16” Pink Gorilla, for my wife and I a couple of weeks ago from here for the first time and enjoyed them. The gingered beef wasn’t overly crispy but it had good flavor and the fried noodles provided some nice crunch. I thought the pink gorilla crust was better I am a crust guy, but the pizza seemed quite greasy closer to the middle, which you can see in the photos. The prices were quite steep for pizza, but at least the shop was generous with the toppings.

Very unique, tasty pizzas! Tons of unique flavour combinations and even some dessert pizza options. Apparently, as of January, Pink Gorilla also launched a new menu, which I am eager to try. Pizza itself is good quality, with thicker crust that still holds a good crisp on the edges. Main highlight is definitely the different toppings and combos. Only knock is that for the quantity, the price was a little high. I believe a 10" is $23, although looking at the new menu, that also might have changed. They also have a 25% off pickup special worth looking into, though I think it would be worth adding a Happy Hour during less busy hours for customers wanting to dine-in though. Recommended! Will be back.
