Columbus Pizza

The food is less than average but I finished it ‍ It was a quick enough delivery , I’m staying at the west Edmonton mall inn . The delivery driver took on himself to add 10$ to the bill. This happened to others if you read into more reviews. I would not recommend unless it’s your really last option and are ready to get disappointed for many reasons . I hope you read this before and not after your order .

My boyfriend and I have gotten food from here multiple times. This time we had found hair right in the food going to the bottom of it. We were just about to finish the food until I had eaten an extremely large amount shown right on the fork and after more digging found more in photos. We had told the store but they denied it saying no one has this amount of hair, however I’m not sure of any other way so much hair could get in the food. Either way it was absolutely disgusting. They offered a discount on our next order which i really do appreciate however, I didn’t appreciate the attitude given when we only wanted to make them aware.

Such a terrible experience. I ordered two cheese donairs with extra cheese from here last night for my boyfriend and I well before it was close to closing.. and our donairs had NO cheese, and the lettuce on both were browning and wilting.. I tried to call to fix the issue and It rang through twice.. Really disappointing food. Really disappointing service :

Paid for extra topping and didn’t even get the topping that came with original pizza we ordered. Took 40 mins longer then it said on a Monday night. Caesar salad is lettuce, croutons, dressing. Nothing special. Pizza dough and sauce is decent.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, but alas, I didn't. Like many other's experiences, the food was much later than quoted, and the quality suffered. A menu was found under my hotel room door, and beckoned to my stomach, after we had been swimming. Pizza and chicken nuggets with fries were ordered. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and dry, and the fries were reminiscent of McCain fries that were oven baked, but taken out before they were done, soggy and cold. The pizza was acceptable, but not good by any stretch. It filled the void, but wasn't exactly enjoyable. All in all, a place I would avoid in the future. Gas station chicken and pizza would have been a wild upgrade.

They keep coming inside of our hotel building not sure how since we all need access card to use an elevator, and keep putting their flyer to our room every single day. Please stop, you are making such a bad impression on yourself. When I look at other reviews, I understand why they do that. Good luck, I hope you get some customers back by doing right thing…

Never ever order from here. They tell you one price on the phone, the driver shows up with a totally different price and won't deliver unless you pay the other inflated price. Food quality was the equivalent of that prepared by a blind person with no taste buds.

I had a donair from this place 3 times because it was a convenient location and they are always open late. After the second time I had a donair from Columbus and had stomach problems I swore I'd never eat there again. Last weekend I was super hungry and everything in the area was closed because it was really late. I decided to give it one last try and the donair was soggy and cold and gave me the worst stomach pain I have ever experienced. The establishment is also very dirty and staff is pushy and rood. I wouldn't recommend eating anything from Columbus.

We were staying at a hotel across from WEM and needed someplace to order pizza from as it was late so we ordered with a pamphlet to this place that was available at the front desk. The pizza and wings arrived within 45 min. It was hot and very good. Nice standard pizza place.

Worst place I've ever had. ordered 2 wings, mozza sticks and dry ribs. food was disgusting, and they didn't included any sauces. it also came out to 85$, and the delivery driver decided to add himself a 15% tip, which he told me after asked for my receipt. Not sure why these people are aloud to hand out flyers at fantasy land hotel.
