I would rate a zero if there was an option. Bought a used skidoo last year from Pines. Had nothing but issues from day 1. Called Pines and they sent me the Service Invoice showing it ‘went through their shop’ Would not even consider discussing. Wouldn’t help Me. Used it twice last year and just had the engine rebuilt. Carbs weren’t even actually cleaned, all sorts of issues found. They literally did nothing. I would recommend NOT going to Pines. Awful Business.
They must have enough customers/money. Went in there to look at purchasing a new side by side. Lots of open room in the showroom for a side by side or two, but none. That was fine, to be expected, probably not a lot of sales for side by sides at the beginning of Dec. My problem was when I asked about any Can Am Commanders being inside and not covered in snow. The two men behind the counter seemingly not doing much just replyed "No." To which my wife and I replyed "Ok, we will go out and play in the snow" They never payed us any more attention. So we went out and cleared off some snow, sat in the machine, and checked out it's features trying to decide if this was the unit for us. And nothing.. No one came out, or tried to help us in any way. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from you or bringing anything to you for service. I was under the impression that you were a dealership, looking to sell to the public. I was mistaken. You appear to be a club and I am not in it. I would rather drive for a few hours to go somewhere else. And would advise others to do the same. By the way the unit we were looking for was $30k-40k. Guess you like it sitting there in snow rather than being purchased. But not all was lost for us. After sitting in the machine and checking it over we have decided that is the machine for us. We will just be going anywhere else to get one.
Called to buy a skidoo. Was told it was $16,999 at noon. Called back to make a deal at 3pm the same day and the price is now $17,999. They wouldn’t honour the original advertised price that they gave me three hour earlier. That’s not how I do business.
Just got a new Skidoo from here. Still need to break it in whenever the trails open and ice freezes.
Very poor service. Needed an oil change on our Can Am Maverick. First question they asked was where we purchased our machine. We purchased in Saskatoon during the Covid shortage. He immediately replied they couldn't do it for a month because they "take care of their own". Needless to say, even though we summer near PA, and have several machines ,we won't be giving Pines any of our business.
Hands down the BEST service. Honestly. We can't say enough positive things about Pines. We live out of province and they quickly got us into a new motor last summer while we were on vacation with incredible customer and sales service. This year, while on vacation we encountered some issues with our motor, that I won't get into for fear of going on a rant, and Pines has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us back on the water as soon as possible, understanding our vacation time is valuable and empathetic towards our plight. They have been very patient with us and exceptionally communicative. We appreciate the incredible service and can't thank you enough....
Very POOR customer service. They don’t take the time to know their customers. My family has dealt here for many years and has spent more than enough money here to be respected a lot better. I recently purchased two bearings and was charged $89.99. When I needed two more bearing my boyfriend came in with me and he was only charged $54.99. Lucky for me I save my receipts so I got to see how much they have been over charging me on parts compared to him. I have noticed that if you are an older male they will show you respect, but if you are younger they don’t seem to give any respect to you and charge you very unfairly. Reading through more of the reviews I noticed that this is an on going occurrence for this business and they have not seemed to change their ways.
I took my Ski-doo Tundra to them for the initial software code scan and programming of a spare key. They were able to accommodate my request, made at the time of making the appointment, to get my machine in quick so that I could continue my six hour drive ahead of me after servicing, and charged me far less for the key than the dealership in Saskaton was going to charge me. Their service was exceptional and I will not hesitate to him back to them for any future service issues. Thank you Prince Albert Pines Power Sports!
Bought a 2021 renegade x 900 turbo from Colton Cartier this past December. Very good to deal with, very thorough with the pdi, never had a sales person spend as much time with me as Colton did, followed up on how I was enjoying my sled as well. I snow checked a 2022 renegade x 900 r turbo for next year, Colton put my sled on consignment and got me top dollar. This young man is a definite asset to Pines, keep up the good work!
They were really helpful I wasn’t there for 5 minutes and I was already helped. They are nice and kind
